“ Great Sermon! ”
This is a very good teaching from 1 Peter 3:2-6. We must know God's will in order to be obedient to it. There is a lot of bad advice going out to women (men too). Let us look to what God has to say and endeavor to walk a worthy walk, one that glorifies our Lord. obedience (in love) to God's will always glorifies Him.

“ Great Sermon! ”
If you're thinking of entering the ministry or know of someone who is, or perhaps you're a elder questioning your calling, then you will want to hear this sermon. You will be greatly blessed by the teaching. This sermon is also a blessing to those of us who want to be workers who aren't ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth (see 2 Tim. 2:15), being prepared for whatever the Lord brings our way. This sermon gives 4 common but wrong reasons men enter the eldership.

This is such an important subject. If we don't interpret the Scriptures correctly then we won't think correctly and if we are aren't thinking correctly then we won't act correctly. You will love this sermon, part 2 also.

The Son of God as a Child

“ Great Sermon! ”
This is an excellent sermon. I liked the warning that Pastor Marquedant gave to be very careful about what one says regarding the Hypostatic Union. One little slip of the tongue and a person can misrepresent God. That is so true. I believe that the Lord is misrepresented, not intentionally , but out of ignorance. This sermon clears up the confusion that many may have about the Incarnation.

I liked this sermon very much. I think one mark of a mature Christian is exercising a proper balance in all areas of life. I love the balance that is brought upon the subject of this sermon. I hope that everyone will hear it, you will be the wiser for it, I am.

“ Offensive Sermon! ”
This sermon may shock you, I've heard it said that "the Gospel will offend those who are offensive to God." I hope that people won't be offended but be brought to a true knowledge of God and repent. The doctrine presented in this sermon is true to the Gospel and needs to be studied, not causally dismissed because it offends a persons sense of who they think God is. We all need to be careful that we are worshipping the one true God and not an idol of mans making. Gal. 1:6-10

The expounding of these verses is excellent. I learned so much. I never knew and found it interesting that Rome was making Caesar Augustus god, when in fact the the one true God was walking the earth! I loved to learn of the ceremonial laws that were fulfilled by Mary and Joseph. I can't wait to hear next weeks sermon on the Incarnation. It is going to be so good.

“ Great Sermon! ”
This sermon and the series that it is a part of are an excellent start to learning church history. I truly believe that once you start learning church history you won't be able to stop, I couldn't, and learning from the past has helped me to better understand the present.

We can never thank God enough, eternity will not be enought time. And we can't be reminded of this act of love enough either. This is a good sermon and a great example from God's word to share with others.

“ Beyond Great ! ”
I can't help but make another comment on this sermon because it is SO good. I hope and pray that everyone that comes to SermonAudio will hear it. God will not share His glory with another. We really need to see if we are stealing the glory due only to Him. When I realized that I was doing that, stealing God's glory, it deeply grieved me and still does. How rich and unsearchable (Rom. 11:33-36) is God's grace, in Christ, to forgive such sin as that. Praise to God, for He alone will receive the glory, because His word is settled forever.

“ Important Sermon! ”
Pastor Urroz starts with John 3:16 and then moves out from there to show that God’s wrath abides on the unrepentant. This is an excellent sermon. The point he made about people in continual, moment by moment, eternal torment made me very uncomfortable, it also made me see my responsibility to share the gospel with everyone I can. It is a joyful responsibility, the gospel is the power of God unto salvation to all who believe. The question asked about whether or not I’m giving “The Gospel” our just my idea of it, or just pieces of it, is a question of utmost importance. I hope we will all examine ourselves to see what exactly we are saying when we share the gospel with others. It truly is a matter of life or death.

The Duties of Church Membership

“ Important Sermon! ”
I hope everyone will hear this sermon. Church membership is taken so lightly, by so many, in our day. I think a lot of people feel it's not worth their time to give it a second thought. But, there are tremendous blessing to be had and this sermon does well in explaining them. It is an honor and privilege, for me, to join in covenant with my brothers and sister in Christ! How awesome are the ways of God in the church!

“ Great Sermon! ”
We would do well to heed what God has to say and not follow the imaginations of our own thoughts. We really do need to search the Scriptures to know the truth. This sermon is packed with good stuff from the Scriptures. I love the expostion of Rev. 12. The story of the martyr. The reminder that the "faith" in "resist steadfast in the faith" that this faith is objective faith; knowing, using, believing doctrine. I can't wait to hear part 2 "Your Adversary, the Devil".

“ Shocking Sermon! ”
I can't help but make a comment on this sermon, this message is needed in every pulpit around the world. I praise God for this Pastor's faithfulness to preach the truth of the one true God in all His glorious sovereignty. I hope other Pastors will find the same courage and love. May the Lord be pleased and exalted and may He bless this message to all who hear.

Sermon:
Is Hell the Grave?
Jeff Garland

“ Great Sermon! ”
It's funny how people think that they can just make up what they want about hell and the grave or just believe what someone told them, I did, I believed what others told me about death and hell. It reminds me of Psalm 73:18-20 where it says "Surely You set them in slippery places; you cast them down to destruction. Oh, how they are brought to desolation, as in a moment! They are utterly consumed with terrors. As a dream when one awakes, so, Lord, when You awake, You shall despise their image." What a shock to slip and wake up in hell. Prasie and thanksgiving to God for His word, so that we are not left to our imaginations. Praise and thanksgiving to God for His mercy and grace to sinners.

Sermon:
What is Biblical Preaching?
Steve Marquedant

“ Great Sermon! ”
This sermon could have been exhaustively done but what I love is that it's very concise so that someone like me can, hopefully, remember the five principles taught here. Even though I'm not a preacher it will help me to keep a good balance when sharing the Gospel with others. I was surprised to learn that the book of Hebrews is an example of these five principles. I love the fourth principle, to preach the Gospel to Christians. It's so true, that we often preach grace to the lost and repentance to the redeemed! Great sermon!

“ Great Sermon! ”
This is part 1 of an excellent lesson on the kind of music that glorifies God. Too much of what passes as music in the modern church could not pass the test. I hope that many will hear this sermon and take it to hear and prayer.
