Well he pushed the womenâs movement and the LGBT movement and basically said the U.S. would go against any government that hindered either movement. At the same time, part of his speech concerned what he referred to as the necessity of having religious freedom. Well what about those religious movements that do not adhere to his thoughts on homosexuality and the feminist movement?
And concerning abortion, all he basically did was say it should be regulated like most republican politicians do. Although he didnât use these words; safe, rare and personal that is his position.
Typical political speech that has little or no Christian perspective.
But like I have always said; I will vote for the politician that panders to Christianity the most.
Many Christians in the United States are âpractical universalistsâ who believe that many if not all religions will lead a person to Heaven, according to the son of famed evangelist Luis Palau.
The above is from the article.
Here is what pluralism really means. If someone says that faith in Christ is essential for their individual salvation but not necessarily for someone elseâs then they have logically said it wasnât essential for them, but was simply a matter of personal choice. The world has told us to think this way in all spiritual matters. So it is not uncommon for someone to apply a moral standard to their own lives, but not to the lives of others.
That is moral hypocrisy of the highest order and simply deludes the lost into reducing Godâs moral standards and requirements to personal choices, and if a personal choice then they canât be binding on anyone. This personal choice fallacy is one of the characteristics that separate the true church of Christ from all others. Pluralism is simply spiritual polygamy. There are lots of worthy husbands and Christ just happens to be the one I chose. But, Iâll sleep with whomever I want!
1 Timothy 5:14 I will therefore that the younger women marry, bear children, guide the house, give none occasion to the adversary to speak reproachfully.
Psalms 127:3 Lo, children [are] an heritage of the LORD: [and] the fruit of the womb [is his] reward.
Well all these people are doing is thumbing their noses at our heavenly Father. Children are no longer considered to be a blessing, but a hindrance to personal lives and now to the climate. God created our universe to exist until He Himself destroys it.
In order to run on the democratic ticket, you have to agree on the following:
1. Abortion is a woman's right. 2. Homosexuality is a god given choice. 3. The feminist movement is synonymous with women's liberation. 4. Christianity is an inclusive religion. 5. God's creation is subject to human control.

But at least robots don't [yet] molest women and children.
Good comment Neil! In regards to your last comment regarding molestation; it would depend on who does the programming of the AI.
Adolescence is pretty much synonymous with childhood; therefore I think the below verse is appropriate.
Isaiah 3:12 As for my people, children are their oppressors, and women rule over them. O my people, they which lead thee cause thee to err, and destroy the way of thy paths.
The marches that I watched were mostly young adolescent girls. Why would anyone give credence to anything they say? They are not scientists and they do not have cultural maturity to decide the importance of anything in this life.
So, it would seem that their parents are the instigators and they somehow think their children can be more pertinent and persuasive.
Off topic, but I have also noticed where there are more and more children doing commercials.
What a sick society we live in. Come quickly Lord Jesus, come quickly and end this nonsense.
John UK wrote: When I "thought like a child" I too used to think like that. But not any more. I will exalt the Lord my God and his sovereignty and immense power, his providential workings and ability to bring to pass certain events, that his elect will get to hear the gospel in his time and in his way. People like myself, who have sat at the feet of Charles Spurgeon, have learnt not to throw water at a crate full of bottles, hoping to get some water into each one, but rather to carefully pour the water into just one of the bottles until it is full. There are people who have done hardly any evangelism who imagine themselves experts on the subject. Too bad. Hey Ho, back to sleep in Zion, folks. You have had your chance to learn a few things, but you prefer the lie rather than the truth, so I will not stay here to be used as a punch bag, thank you very much. I'll be back for the ChristMass debate, to see if anyone has woken up out of their spiritual RCC antichrist slumber.
Well brother, I hope you don't allow these naysayers and nitpickers to stop you from posting. You have been a blessing to me and so many others over the years.
One of the things that most donât fully know about is the surveillance that communist countries use to catch those who are not worshipping in accordance with the law. Neighbors turn in their neighbors, nominal christians turn in their friends and on and on. And the authorities will befriend Christians and attend their churches pretending to be one of them. These people are also financially rewarded. And some places require that sermons are pre-approved by some local political leader.
The penalties for worshipping in accordance with scripture are often very severe.
Revelation 13:15 âAnd he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.â
Thanks for your below comments and especially for the smiley face following your Arminist comment. I know you have preached often in public and commonly give out tracts in public to whomever will take them. That is not Arminian in the slightest but simply witnessing to all who will listen. The great commission.
Like you, I believe in election. But I can't imagine walking up to someone and saying: "I'm not sure if you are one of God's elect, but in case you are, here is the gospel".
John UK wrote: Good morning Frank! Yes, we can take with a pinch of salt all that we are permitted to hear on the local news broadcast. However, just a couple more incidents from Iran, and I believe this will mark the start of a big fight in the playground, before the bell goes for lessons.
There are lots of countries with nuclear weapons and we are the only one that used them because we were the only ones that had them at that time. Most understand that in most cases using a nuclear weapon is committing suicide.
I mention the above because Iran is different. They believe that a world wide catastrophe will usher in their 12th Imam and then Islam will rule the world. So, in their minds I don't think winning or losing is the main issue.
John UK wrote: It's incredible bro. Iran knocks out an expensive American drone out of the sky, attacks oil tankers off its coast, impounds a British flagged tanker in its own waters, secures the release of one of its own tankers from Gibraltar by promising not to send it to Syria, and then they send it to Syria. Are they having a good larf or what? It's all close to the edge stuff.
Good morning brother! Yes, I'm sure the powers to be are having a laugh among their inner circles. Most know that many wars are started through lies. Look at Iraq and VN just to name a couple. No weapons of mass destruction, etc.
Isaiah 3:12 As for my people, children are their oppressors, and women rule over them. O my people, they which lead thee cause thee to err, and destroy the way of thy paths.:
"Because even though I want to have children more than almost anything, what kind of a mother would I be if I brought a baby into a world where I couldn't make sure they were safe?" she wrote on her website.
I wonder if this young lady is promising not to have sex or not to have an unintended baby? This was meant to be sarcasm.
Well most people need a cause and this climatology movement is as good as any to them. And it goes against thinking of the average Christian which makes it even more appealing.
Genesis 8:22 While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.
I watched some of the demonstrations yesterday and as usual the liberals have recruited young adolescents to promote their cause. The study of climatology is a scientific study and it was clear these children are simply repeating a mantra.
Anyway, I did a meditation on the hoax of âGlobal Warmingâ if anyone wants it.
The Quiet Christian wrote: I'm not as concerned about whether Dr. Wen's treatment by her former employer was just either, Frank. But the story does show that PP could care less about anyone, born or unborn. They are interested in raw power.
Sorry for the late response. I agree with you about PP and their interest in raw power. I simply think that if someone is a mass murderer then we can't expect them to be moral in other areas.
Adriel wrote: Muslim countries alway feel threatened by the circulation of God's Word and truth. Something they have in common with the communists. Human ideologies always appear to be afraid of the Bible stealing the hearts and minds of the people. A demonstration of divine power and its influence over Satan's followers. Ps: Any news yet of the impending war with Iran???
I have been watching the news off and on again most of the day. The U.S. is saying they are certain Iran was guilty of the Saudi Arabia oil bombing, but of course Iran is denying it. Iran says if they are attacked then there will be all out war.
Other than that there is just saber rattling. My guess is there will simply be more sanctions??
