Here is an interesting thought. How many wealthy successful blacks live in black communities? My guess is none or very few. If they want to see change and more prosperity, then they should move into them.
If this woman was married with children and she was the smartest, kindest most loving woman in Seattle, she should not be an elected official. The fact that she is a lesbian has no bearing on this issue.
I have unusual thoughts about policemen. Generally I have never liked them or respected them. Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely is the way I view them. I had a family member who was a policeman and he actually told me they can pretty much do as they please and their fellow policemen will cover and support them.
But with that said, I know that we need them and I thank God that he has given us those who protect our lives and the lives of our loved ones. Whenever I come into contact with them, I treat them with extreme respect. And no, the police do not remove my individual responsibility to protect myself and my love ones. If they fail, then my 38 won't.
I cannot believe the impotence I have seen during these riots. It reminds me of the Rodney King riots so many years ago.
Tim is correct. The blame for bad policemen can be laid at the feet of the politicians who are supposed to lead them.

I have had that happen to me periodically over the years. If SA blocks something, they say they have blocked it. When that has happened to me, I simply re-post it.
The Quiet Christian wrote: This is not the work of angry people protesting oppression. This is an organized effort of anarchists, antifa, and others to exploit the situation for their own, and their masters', political agendas. Not just happening in Minnesota but across the nation.
‚ÄúFirst of all let me say that I don‚Äôt disagree with your post at all.‚ÄĚ There is very likely those that are paying these rioters to do what they are doing. But, if someone is truly out there protesting police brutality, then they should simply leave when it gets criminal. If they stand alongside these criminals, then they are guilty by association in the eyes of others. This may sound na√Įve, but I don‚Äôt understand how someone can incite someone else to steal and loot.
John UK wrote: I have never had any respect for Islam, I have none now, and never will have in the future. Of course, Muslims can be saved, just as any other sinner. And the Lord's arm is not shortened that he cannot save. History proves that God saves all sorts of men from all sorts of countries from all sorts of backgrounds, at the time of his choosing. It all comes down to predestination and election, without which none would be saved. So praise God for his electing purposes and his grace shown towards sinners lost and undone. Thank you Lord for Jesus Christ the great Redeemer, who loved me and gave himself for me.
Well said Pilgrim. No one is outside of salvation if God's chooses them to be saved. His grace and calling are irresistible
In a worldly sense it must be understood that if a Muslim converts to Christ, they will at a minimum be ostracized by their family and friends and at a maximum, they will be murdered by their family and friends.
This country has become a haven for victims. If a black breaks the law, it is become of white injustice. If they are impoverished, it is because they have been kept down by whites. As long as someone carries the victim mentality, they will never overcome any deficiencies.
When a sinner confesses his/her sins before God, I can assure everyone that ‚Äúno one‚ÄĚ says it wasn‚Äôt my fault.
Last year I talked to a healthcare provider and the issue of drug and alcohol addictions came up. He said, both were diseases! I argued and said that misconduct was involved and he said no, they are both diseases and should be treated as such.
One time I had a homeless worker tell me that in order to help the 5% of those who were not homeless by choice, you had to help the 95% that were homeless by choice. What this means to me is yes there are people who are victims, but …
The only category in our society that ‚Äúcannot‚ÄĚ be a victim are white males.
Sorry if this post seems to be divisive or hateful.
Like I have said in the past, true Islam according to the Quran says that everyone must either convert, be killed, or pay an infidel tax. Most Muslims, like most religions, are simply born into their faith. They simply accept what is around them and usually leave folks alone. But, those who actually practice this satanic religion will in fact try and harm others.
And we haven’t even begun to see what will take place:
Mark 13:12 Now the brother shall betray the brother to death, and the father the son; and children shall rise up against their parents, and shall cause them to be put to death.

Let me agree with you. Generally speaking, in order for there to be a hate crime or some other racial injustice, the perpetrator must be a white male.
John UK wrote: Thanks Frank for posting these texts up. The true believers who find this gate are in no doubt of what they have found. It is a narrow entrance followed by a difficult way. Unbelievers in the world talk about travelling a 'straight and narrow way', thinking it to be a biblical expression for not committing crimes, but it is not 'straight' but 'strait', which means hard, difficult. It can be a long and winding road, up and down, and this is the evidence of being on that road. Easy living means 'broad road' which leads to destruction. Great multitudes travel along that road, as depicted very often in the Chick Tracts, with only a few separating and getting off that hell-bound road.
Thanks brother for your thoughts. The road to salvation is different for everyone, but the common theme is struggle and spiritual hardships. Thanks for showing the difference between a straight line and a difficult line. We live in a world that is antithetical to Christianity, so that really makes a lot of sense. I remember the Jews wanted to make Christ a king, but that was not His purpose John 6:15 Therefore when Jesus perceived that they were about to come and take Him by force to make Him king, He departed again to the mountain by Himself alone
Carol wrote: Being in an area that has no sound Biblical churches, we know we are blessed to have found SermonAudio and are able to listen to a few God called preachers. One Pastor who is from Georgia that we listen to, understands that there are many sheep scattered abroad without a shepherd and encourages us with his teaching and to contact him for any questions, concerns, or needs that we may have.He has a true shepherds heart for God’s people and we have benefited from this online service Providentially provided by our Heavenly Father.
Andrew wrote: Amen brothers. How many more people like Jon Steingard are among us.Jesus already knew who believed and who did not believe. Not everyone will reach the narrow gate. All we can do is be fearful for our salvation and help strengthen the faith of those among us.
Well said brother and thanks for your comment. Yes, the narrow gate is the key and there are few that find it. And yes, we should strengthen our brothers and sisters. Thanks for that reminder.
Matthew 7:13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
This subject is one that is difficult for me. I look around the world and see literally billions of people who do not have a fraction of what I have. I know there are billions in this world who do not even have access to electricity or running water. Millions have lost their homes and livelihood due to corruption, wars and religious hatred.
When I graduated from H.S., anyone who could get a job even at minimum wage could live independently. Now salaries are much higher and general poverty is much greater.
Colossians 3:5 ‚ÄúMortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:‚ÄĚ
But, to my brothers and sisters around the world; the below applies to us all.
Philippians 4:19 But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. 20 Now unto God and our Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
I personally fall so short of the below!
Hebrews 13: 5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. 6 So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.
This man believed in God, but not in a biblical way and he was not born again. IOW, his belief was superficial. So many people think Christ is some type of vaccine that can simply be injected when needed. Praise the Lord that He showed him and others the superficiality of his faith.
John 2:19 They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.
Matthew 7:24 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: 25 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock. 26 And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: 27 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.
John 3:3 3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
No one bashes our current church movements more than me. I have never understood why some can be so satisfied with movements that are so politically correct. I am the first to admit that not all churches are like that, but every one that I have visited in the last few years were. And, I live in a very populated area.
Not all, but many pastors are simply hirelings. That means they are more interested in their salary, health insurance and retirement benefits. They consider success to the numbers they have in their pew; not their service to Christ.
You are very fortunate to have such a small and cohesive group to worship with.

I remember when one of my daughters was in Junior H.S.. This daughter is now 50, so this took place some time ago. Anyway, I got a notification that they were going to have a sex education class. I called the principle and told him I didn’t think that was appropriate for children. He objected and I went down to his office to argue my case. He and I argued and he finally agreed that my daughter didn’t have to attend.
I tried to cite as many Christian principles as I could and he was not fazed.
When I was in 3rd grade, my teacher used to pass out candy to the students who could cite bible verses.
Only parents should discuss things like this with their kids.
Once Pandora’s Box has been opened, it cannot be closed.

None of us will ever know with certainty about the origin and why this virus is in the world today. I tend to think that China made it in a lab and spread it intentionally throughout the world. Why I don’t know, but that has always been something I believe is true. I think satan is using it to bring about the coming antichrist and the new world order.
But, none of us will ever know with certainty. Governments will lie to us whenever it benefits them.
