IMO, this juror should have been removed. I am not saying that someone can’t have divine guidance but a trial is about evidence. And as we all know, finding someone guilty or innocent is more a matter of legal skills; not necessary the guilt or innocence of someone. If we allowed this type of conclusion, what would we say if a judge did the same thing? What would we say if all the secular evidence led to a clear conclusion, but then someone reverts to this divine guidance? A trial is about evidence and not divine guidance. If this juror truly heard from God, he should have kept it to himself. Why would he want to share that? It would serve no legal purpose. |

The Quiet Christian wrote: Amen, Brother Frank. Much wisdom, sir. The regime already weaponized their population & diaspora. Why not destroy more people? And thanks for your wisdom brother. I am one who thinks that China developed this virus in a lab and then intentionally sent it into the world. They have tremendous power throughout the world and this will simply make them more powerful. But our Lord reigns. Praise his holy name. I am praying you and your wife are still without any negative news. No need to respond to this. |

Great Sermon! Pastor, you have no idea how much I needed to hear this message and how much it blessed me as well as convicted me; although there really is no difference between a blessing and conviction. Your thoughts were right on and very sincere. I will continue to listen to your messages and God bless you and your ministry. |

I didn’t read the article.Let me state something that I have stated several times. If a pastor biblically believes he should open up his church, then he should open up his church. If members biblically believe they should attend those services, then they should attend those services. If the local authorities disagree, then they should explain to them their reasoning and if they still disagree, they should ignore them. If they cannot afford the fines, then they can go to jail. What a wonderful blessing it is when we suffer persecution for being a Christian. Acts 5:29 “Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.” 1 Peter 3:17 “For it is better, if the will of God be so, that ye suffer for well doing, than for evil doing.” |

Well I am going to be my usual pessimistic self. For this hotel to go to that extreme and then simply say they were wrong to me is phony. They simply are going through the motions because of the negative news. The only sincere thing this hotel could do is fire the manager and anyone else who took part in this decision. Political Correction is always wrong. |

John UK wrote: Rebellious women will never be at peace, nor will they let anyone else be at peace. You are so correct brother. An evangelical feminist will not welcome criticism or any other type of exhortation unless they approve of it. Now what does that logically mean? It means they only are submissive if they agree. Husbands should always lovingly try and make their wives understand what they want them to do and why, but according to these feminists, if they disagree, then they have the biblical right to disagree or pick and choose. Would an employer only direct if his employees agreed; of course not.Colossians 3:18 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as it is fit in the Lord. 19 Husbands, love yourwives, and be not bitter against them. 20 Children, obey your parents in all things: for this is well pleasing unto the Lord. 21Fathers, provoke not your children to anger, lest they be discouraged. Being submissive as unto the Lord is their mandate. If their husbands demand something that is sinful, then they should indeed not submit to that. But, they should be very sure and lovingly tell their husbands - no. And there is nothing wrong with discussing any issues that are not welcomed. |

The Quiet Christian wrote: Other side of the coin is that the fields are white for harvest among this generation. Evolutionary and Marxist revolutionary theories permeates our colleges and our public schools. These confuse and lead away from a Biblical worldview. Meanwhile, the nbr of homeschoolers is growing. There are quite a few within this age bracket who do hold to a Biblical worldview and are teaching it to their children. His own know His voice. Amen brother, what a wonderful and truthful post. All of this is working together to bring about the return of our lord and Savior. Praise His holy name.Psalms 2:1 Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? 2 The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord, and against his anointed, saying, 3 Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. 4 He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision. 5 Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure. |

John UK wrote: I wonder if a child had the bubonic plague, should they be allowed to attend school or not? Or measles, or hooping cough, whatever? Very interesting thought that puts this in perspective; no they would block the parents from sending those kids to school. No one will disagree with this. I am confused about the way people feel about this pandemic or made up pandemic. So many believe it is a conspiracy and the question comes to mind as to why it would be a world-wide conspiracy. We tend to look at life where we live, but not in other places. Why would all of those other countries conspire in the same way? It doesn’t make any sense to me. Another bit of logic; if Romans 13 applies to us, then it applies to North Korea, Iran, China, etc. We tend to look at Romans 13 in our own society and not others. I wear a mask in public because it is mandated and I can find absolutely no scriptural support to not do it. How can wearing a silly mask be sinful. |

Well let’s see.Mormons – He was satan’s older brother and He became a god at his death like billions of others. Muslims – They differ, but they all believe He was not God in the flesh. A prophet who is inferior to Mohammed. Jehovah Witnesses – He wasn’t God. Eastern religions – After millions of reincarnation, he had perfected himself and is now one of the spirit guides. Catholics – Christ is the starting point, but then the RCC and its sacraments take over. Chinese – He was a murderer and a sinner like all mankind. |

Brother JohnUKIsn't it wonderful that we were both saved solely through our calling and Christ sacrifice for us on the cross. Ephesians 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast. I brought nothing with me to the cross except the understanding the "Holy Spirit" gave me. And now we try out best to obey Christ because He has given us born again spirits. Praise His holy name. And when I "listened" to the gospel being explained to me, I have never considered the listening part to be a work. We are on the same page brother. |

I didn’t read the article.I don’t know what Trump said at the catholic prayer session, but if he gave them religious comfort in any way, then he will answer for that one day. There are over 70 million catholic voters and whoever wins the next election must cater to them. Trump meets the name it claim it antinomian thoughts of some on this forum. In fact he is on record for saying he never has confessed any personal sin; just think about that. I will vote for Trump over any democratic candidate, but I will not defend his religious viewpoints. |

The Quiet Christian wrote: Good question, Brother Frank. I heard a missionary explain once that what drives a lot of these attacks are fear. If the whole village doesn't stay loyal to whatever idol, there is a lot of fear that bad things will start to happen. So if a handful come to saving faith in Christ, the whole village isn't loyal anymore. Those who left idolatry must be brought back or else. It's a sad situation. Interesting brother, thanks! I have never studied hinduism. But, you might be right on. My guess is their gods are not gods of love. Praise His holy name! Philippians 2:10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; 11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. |

A large, prominent evangelical Capitol Hill church late Tuesday filed a legal challenge to the District, alleging the city government is violating the First Amendment by facilitating and tolerating massive anti-racism protests but forbidding worship services — indoor or outdoor — of more than 100 because of covid-19.The above is from the article. I would only change the above paragraph to say: “massive anti-American” protests. But the hypocrisy should be crystal clear to everyone. Racism was the excuse for these riots the same as women’s health is the excuse for murdering babies in the womb. I can’t believe how easy it is to manipulate the unsaved. Or maybe manipulation is not necessary. |

Do you have some sort of gift that we are not aware of? |
