“ What happened next? ” I wonder what the effect was on the congregation who heard this. It certainly has made me think and search my heart and desires before the Lord. The word HOLINESS UNTO THE LORD has been following me for some time.
“ Great Sermon! ” I heartily commend this whole series. I found them very sobering, but very faithful to God's truth and the souls of men. I transcribed the whole series and am awaiting Pastor Martin's approval to have them printed. I handed him a printed copy at a Banner of Truth conference some years ago. Perhaps he's forgotten them . . .
“ Great Sermon! ” Thank you Pastor Hughes for all your many years of devotion to our Savior teaching his flock with such precision and care and love . You have been a blessing to me for many years now.
“ Very Warm Message ” For anyone weary of sin and desiring to know the closeness of a forgiving God, this is a warm and wonderful message about the depths of grace.
“ A Wake-up Sermon ” Be alert. Be on guard and pray without ceasing. Our God promised to hear our prayers. He heard the prayers of Abraham.
We know that there is at least one righteous person in every city. We need to pray for one another of the household of faith. And most diligently pray for our family members not yet redeemed.
School children need to be covered moment by moment. People in high places of influence need prayer that God gives them the knowledge of His will for the people.
Apart from Sodomites infiltrating all places of society, we now have what seems to be Moslems running, and winning, for political offices.
Have we believers lost our savour? Are our lights dim?
“ Convicting, Compelling ” Quietly powerful message about a man who was an almost-Christian. He respected John, heard him and "did many things" in response to his preaching, but would not give up his one pet sin. In the end not only did he betray to death a man he respected and admired, but he degenerated all the way to mocking our Lord. A powerful call to the unconverted to be wholehearted in conversion. And powerful for any believer toying with sin.
“ Great Sermon! ” Dr Martin has had a profound influence on my life since myconversion in 1972. In the old days I was able to receive taped messages through which I received invaluable teaching as a young Christian. Now,46 years later, I am still being blessed thriugh the ministry of SermonAudio. Thank you Dr Martin, and all glory to God.

“ Listen! ” My wife discovered this series and has pit it on CD for several other women. I encourage men to listen as well and learn, grow, be prepared to defend Biblical faith and learn how to love, support, and pray for our wives and sisters. “ A True but troubling Sermon ” Once again this dear dear man of God preaches the utter truth of the Gospel and with this sermon the awful and fearful message of a lost eternity in Hell for the unbeliever. Once heard and taken to the heart and mind we should ask the Lord to give us a greater burden for the lost and witness to all we meet
