Jim Lincoln wrote: excerpt from, "Evangelical Has Lost Its Meaning" https://tinyurl.com/yy9nztj5 And, Mike, you should read the above. When you tell me you've read Mohler's column, "Christians, Conscience, and the looming 2020 Election" and explain what you find wrong with it, I'll consider reading your link. |

Jim Lincoln wrote: Barrett is an Originalist---The logical consequence of that ❗ excerpt from, "Amy Coney Barrett’s Judicial Philosophy Doesn’t Hold Up to Scrutiny" https://tinyurl.com/y37c2u7b Irrelevant. Didn’t you hear the news? She’s a Supreme Court judge. Besides, her judicial philosophy holds up much better than the leftist elastic sentiment that the judges should legislate when the people, through their representatives, fail to do so according to leftist whims. Is that authority granted to them by that old fashioned Constitution, Jim? |

Context reveals more. Some of it from New York Magazine. That says something. Then there's this: "A shocking new private poll shared by one of the country’s leading data scientists claims that 30% of American women under 25 identify as homosexual, bisexual, or transgender. Who is this? "According to private polling shared with Intelligencer by Democratic data scientist David Shor, roughly 30 percent of American women under 25 identify as LGBT; for women over 60, that figure is less than 5 percent." Might we not suspect poll data from a *Democratic* data scientist, at this time, is a bit convenient? Remember the push from the left is in a certain direction, and includes propagandizing discouragement. Makes you wonder why life site falls for it. Innocent as doves, but not wise as serpents? |

Jim Lincoln wrote: excerpt from, "The guilt-free gospel of Donald Trump" https://tinyurl.com/y5o35xel --- I think evangelicals had enough warning before the first election, but anyway if they weren't paying attention, they should know by now, that Trump is a very flawed human being, too flawed to be the President. --- Which of his policies do you disagree with? Name the things he has done as president that you don't like. Enough of the emotion-driven generalizations. |

James Thomas wrote: Stop writing the obituaries. It reads 3 cases of Covid not 3 deaths and 99% of them recover just fine. Yes, the one percent is one percent too much...it should be zero. James, it's almost as if some need this virus to be what they want it to be, so now they can't retreat. Pride goeth somewhere, no doubt. Heard today that the 3 people were part-time workers at Grace Community, and they went home, not to a hospital. I haven't confirmed it, but it wouldn't be surprising. Death rate is still dropping, so those numbers are on ignore. With the election only a few days away, desperation is in the wind. |

Jim Lincoln wrote: excerpt from, "Coronavirus outbreak strikes L.A. megachurch that defied public health orders" —- As a comments to the article points out John MacArthur's church has now been hit with covid-19. I would hope the Colorado churches are taking precautions ❗😷 —- Yes, else they too could be hit with a 3 person outbreak. |

Jim Lincoln wrote: Coronavirus outbreak strikes L.A. megachurch that defied public health orders" https://tinyurl.com/y2v5ef6v It was bound to happen sometime, but Grace community Church and environs, must really be a money maker for LA county. They seem to be treating the whole situation of kid gloves. The whole situation? 3 cases out of 7000 attendees is an outbreak? Wow. |
