Great Sermon!, it was taylor fit, a good medicine it clear many doubts, give nderstanding about the purpose of our Master in shaping and making us fit for heaven, to avoid the complaining of the wilderness wanderings, and instead bring glory to his name as God develops that attitude of trust, as Jesus said I came not to do my will but He who sent me, if a seed do not die can not bring forth fruit, i guess it is the same with us, God do empty us of our demands for a better life, and make as Jesus meek and lowly of heart, God lives the contrite and the humble, and give them grace, it is true, that as the children of israel realized the deliverance actually brought more trails and testings, but instead of wanting to go back to bondage, as the preacher said mentioned romans 8, all things worked for good to them that love God and are called according to his purposes, and having the right attitude and disposition, knowing that He who brought the trial, brought it with the purpose of making us more like Christ, when we are convinced of that we can rejoice, even when we sorrow, it has been difficult to swallow that the Lord love me, when i lost every thing dear to me, immediate family (now overseas in the US)job, father, friendship, money, reputation, etc, but i got a little taste of His sufferings and love him more for his uncond love
Great Sermon! Having often logged on and been edified by many Beacon sermons via the webcast, just thought I would leave a comment for a change. As the Lord would have it, Dianna and I had read Revelation 12 together earlier in the day, and then being very much encouraged by this particular message, the Lord used it to give me an even greater boldness for winessing the truth of the gospel throughout the day, including being a "a one man, flash mob" to sing His praise at a local restaurant. How wonderful it is to witness His work of uniting our hearts together for His praise through our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Great Sermon! This is one of the best sermons I have ever heard on this subject. Pastor Barkman handles this subject with the objectivity, sensitivity, & Biblical authority which is sorely lacking in so many discussions of the topic of Bible versions. Thank you for posting this sermon!
Extremely important message! I first heard this maybe seven years ago, at the urging of a friend. This sermon, more than the topic of alcohol, will give you great insight in how to properly interpret scripture. This message has helped me immeasurably, as I have wrestled with various doctrines over the years. Please everyone, listen to and learn from this!
Great Sermon! As I used to be a Methodist Pastor, but now I am a student in Trinity Theological College. I acknowledge that this sermon very significance for me and the others pastors and the churches around the world who are listening to know more about what the Pentecost is and transform to an acting. God continue to bless Dr. and the listeners. (Again I am a Cambodian student. I am going to listen all the five sermons of Pentecost).
Great Sermon! Sir,
Thank you, thank you so very much for preaching the truth with gentle, holy, boldness. I pray that GOD will continue to bless the word as you proclaim it in the days ahead.
Great Sermon! Dear Pastor, I really enjoyed listening to your sermon. My very spirit says amen to what you said. Just like you, if it is not for the Holy Spirit, I could not have been in full time missionary work in Nigeria. I am a medical doctor by profession, but now, all is Christ alone.
God bless you, your family and ministry.
Lia Leigh.

Love your Brother In Christ
Great Sermon! Good defence of inter-racial marriage. Sadly, this biblical truth is under assault from various heretics in our day. However, in response to claims below, the reason he does not mention omissions from the Vaticanus manuscript is because a manuscript is not the same thing as a printed text or a translation of the Bible. Some manuscripts only have fragments of a few verses. Does that mean that we should judge them to be perversions because they do not contain the entire NT? No, because that is not the function of individual manuscripts.
Great Sermon! Every Sunday School teacher and Pastor should hear this sermon. Oh, my Lord, I had never noticed before that we are not told anywhere that water flowed from the right side except in Ezekiel's vision of the perfect Temple. Christ was the perfect Temple Ezekiel saw. Thanks to Pastor Webb for his study.
Great Sermon! PREACHED WITH DEPTH OF WISDOM AND GREAT PASSION.I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE STUDYING THE BOOK OF ROMANS TO LISTEN TO THIS SERMON! IT IS A GREAT SERMON TO BEGIN YOUR STUDY.
Ouch! If you don't want to be challenged about what God requires of you as a parent, then don't listen! This pastor is clear, passionate and effective in teaching what God demands of parents.
