Great Sermon! This message of C.H. Spurgeon on Prov. 27:1 entitled "Tomorrow" is a fitting rebuke for those who worry of tomorrow. Our tomorrow are all ordered by His wisdom. We can therefore live above all anxieties by His grace. He holds our tomorrow. Take care of the today. Great message that we must hear and ponder upon. Thank you.
Great Sermon! having visited a home to-day that has been plunged into much sorrow after a farming accident which took the life of brian and zoe's 6 year old daughter this message has touched my own heart, in much distress brian said as he made to grab hold of his daughter a much stronger force held him back with a voice declaring, she is mine now, yesterday morning she said she did not belong to the devil, but to god, that evening god gathered another of his little lambs to glory, this family are born again and saved by the grace of god, but the soul has been pierced so deep, i spoke to brian's father and spoke to him of david's word that at this time he and his family would pray much to be led to the rock which is higher than i, for there are no earhly rocks a believer can be led to that can give the sustaining grace that comforts the broken heart of the least of one of His chilren, he said to me it is hard to see through the mist, this message, a bottle in the smoke preached so many years ago has not lost it's sweetness or flavour and with God' stamp of approval has again used His divine Word to lift an aching heart.
Great Sermon! This message of C.H. Spurgeon on The Kingly Priesthood of the Saints is a fitting reminder of the majestic beauty of music in the Christian life for the progress of our faith.
Great Sermon! This is a great message that tells us the vastness of our estate kept in heaven for those who believe. We are joint heirs with Christ. We are rich. This is a blessed thought for every believer to hear.
Great Sermon! I have just reviewed the same message after the previous comment I sent to you almost one year ago. It seems it is getting better each time. The spiritual depthness of his insight is rich and powerful.
Great Sermon! A much needed sermon. Today there are so many people running after books written by people who have "died" and come back to life, and then wrote to tell their New-Age (or other) religious philosophies - all the while trying to present something "new". But the Scriptures contain all that we need for life and godliness, especially all we need to know about Jesus Christ and His sacrifice for our sins - which is the only way to Heaven. Anything else a "dead" preacher can say, doesn't measure up! Read the Bible, see what God says about Heaven and Hell, and believe it!
Great Sermon! Spurgeon cuts to the heart with the stark reality of how we grieve the spirit. He inspires one to repent and return to the Father and for those who have excessively grieved so to regain the indwelling of the spirit.
Great Sermon! This is to express my appreciation for a spiritually uplifting message on the life of a Christian. Now I know why he is called the prince of preacher. He is a great expositor.Thank you.
Great Sermon! The dualistic nature of the believer is a topic that has been debated by greater men than I throughout the centuries and Spurgeon does a fantastic job of explaining his perspective. I happen to agree with him and was greatly blessed to hear someone I admire so much confirm my own convictions. If this is a topic which interests you then this is a message you must hear.
Great Sermon! Spurgeon delivers the message to examine where we are in our lives with Christ. Let us not live lives in stale discord, but let us cut away the dead branches and bloom in the hands of God's grace.
Great Sermon! Spurgeon continues to one of the greatest preachers and great men of God in my mind. If you want to be humbled with scripture in a Godly way then this is a wonderful message. Pride destroys, but fear not, God continue to help us grow!
Great Sermon! This message has been arel blessing to me.The picture which is painted is most wonderful and really helps to understand the teaching of scipture on salvation.
