“ Great Series! ”
Thank you for this series. I've enjoyed the stories & your pointing out that the main Character, the Hero is God not the people. Also, thank you for being able to keep the order of the books as they appear in the Bible and still give the chronological details of each book.

“ Two Questions Came to Mind ”
When that young man wrote about being "saturated" two questions came to me that I would ask him: 1) Is your heart wearing a raincoat? Pride is a big, big raincoat that can prevent the soaking that you think you're getting. 2) Are you walking in the rain of God's Word & good teaching & letting it all soak in; you know, meditating on it all, or, are you driving through it all, not stopping long enough to get out & get wet?

Hey, Jesse, about the Lord Jesus & the donkey thing: it was a one day affair on a borrowed donkey. He did travel a couple times in a borrowed boat. Mostly, He did "right foot, left foot" journeys, which included that walk on water. And Jesse, I'm pretty sure the Lord could have asked for donations for His own donkey or ship, not to mention to get a "streamline" chariot. Or He could have went down to the water & gone fishing for the coins He needed. Maybe you should try that. Bottom line, Jesse, you need to find another example to justify yourself.

“ WOW! MAYBE EVEN BETTER THAN PART ONE! ”
I listened to both parts overnight. Part one was so good that I just had to listen to part two & I couldn't get back to sleep because I was too busy inwardly shouting, over and over again "HALLELUJAH." Outwardly I was enthusiastically whispering the word -- I didn't want my doggie protector to think my shouting meant "Help! Come running, barking & with teeth showing!" Oh, such a good message...no, what a great message!

“ Great Teaching! ”
Thanks for your explanation of gluttony. I've never thought that one could spiritually take in too much/display excessiveness, but I see that even in spiritual things self indulgence can come into play. Thanks for letting it be known that if you get/take in a lot because that is what you use/give out, that is not gluttony. Btw, I'm not absolutely sure but I don't think that's Matt teaching this.

“ Great Teaching & Instructions! ”
Thank you, Bro. Brian, for letting me "sit in on" your teaching session. This was a very good, informative session. Because I've heard many of your teachings & messages over the years I know that you have a great love for God's holy Word & see It as inspired by the Lord.

Thank you for this article. Recently a friend & I were talking about forgiving vs forgetting, what to do if a person confesses something but change isn't taking place. How can you just forget & go on knowing you can't trust them? This article is "short, sweet & to the point."

“ May It Be Like That for Me ”
I hope that I will be a good witness of the LORD, that I will show that I know that my Redeemer lives in my dying moments too. This story reminds me of what the book O LOVE THAT WILL NOT LET ME GO (subtitle: Facing Death with Courageous Confidence in God) is about.

“ I Forgot About the 'Savior Only' Teaching ”
If repentance is works then so is confessing with our mouths, not to mention "the act" of believing in our hearts (Rm 10:9)! And speaking of works, Bro. Robert, do you know where these people put the work of the Holy Spirit in our lives? Do they not think that believing, confessing, repenting is because of the Spirit? Thank you, Bro. Robert, for your message & the various verses that you present.

This has been very informative & helpful. I'm thankful for the explanation of the various English translations, what the translators were focusing on in their particular version.

I just saw this article today. Thank you for the history lesson & explaining what a Reformed Baptist is. I've heard of Freewill, Independent, Full Gospel, and Southern Baptist, but your article is the first time, that I can remember, hearing of Reformed Baptist. I guess I haven't got that far in my Baptist history reading/listening. Also, thanks for your clarity on who are considered brothers in the faith.

“ A Doctrine of Devils ”
Our enemy's hatred for humanity is great. He blinds the minds of folks in any way he can, telling the atheists one thing, another thing to those who are wrapped up in their ethnic heritage, and giving still other lies to the religious. Thanks again, Bro. Sam, for exposing this teaching and refuting it with the truth of the Scriptures.
