Great Sermon! Dear Pastor Ian, This sermon #180 was very good and wonderful to hear you speak outlining events in and with Scripture, as i heard you speak quite some years ago in Cloverdale. Yet so sad to hear you send out Gospel tracts now with a picture of the Good Shepherd in the middle of that tract, How come Pastor? You never had pictures in any of your gospel tracts while i attended Cloverdale fellowship. Do hope you will retract those tracts and reprint them without a picture. Have the R.C. articles and holidays become more acceptable and useful in our outreaches, even though not acceptable in God's sight. Thou shalt not make - how easy to know - or any likeness Ex29:4
No pictures: Ezek 8:10-12 2 Cor.5:16,
1 Tim. 1:17, 1 Peter 1:8. But you know all these Scriptures, so i do not understand why you promote this; and it truly saddens me, i hope indeed you will orrect this matter. God bless, guide and direct you,
sincerely - anna
Great Sermon Really enjoyed this message Pastor Andrew. May we all strive to be good soldiers of Jesus Christ and not melt in the battle that is before us.
Great encouragement. Amen! The Lord Jesus is on the throne today, and I have no reasons to fear or shake! O, cursed little faith! I understood today that, when we look unto this world, and when it seems to be in a chaos, moral chaos, political chaos, it is not so, because it is a "chaos" controlled by a sovereign Lord. Even in the times of Antichrist, when this moral chaos will grow, it will be a "chaos" controlled by the sovereignty of my loving Father. Lord, help me to see things always in this light!
Great Sermon! Such a sweet sermon. "For God sooooooooo loved the world". Sure made me smile. And it was neat that my bible reading in the morning was Ps 2 "Kiss the Son".
Thank you!!! I'm one of those evsngelicals who finds confusion on this subject. I grew up in the 60s and 70s following the tradition of the Lord'd Day, including Canadian legislation that upheld it. But when it began to slip, especially beginning in 1985, at the federal level, I just wasn't hearing any evangelicals willing to defend it Scripturally. So now I'm digging for myself and recovering the "ancient landmarks". This sermon was so encouraging.
Great Sermon! Thank you for this timely application of Christ's warning to Ephesus and my heart. Praise Him that He still offers grace even as our hearts are prone to wander.
Great Sermon! Rev. Hamilton indeed a much-needed sermon for our power crazed and zeal with out knowledge church on the 21st century...the word of faith movement that has so, so many followers needs to hear this... I was truly blessed by it... Thank you Sir...
Thank You Thank you for your faithfulness in continuing to proclaim God's word during this time of church's having to close. May God richly bless you.
Great Sermon! I've been searching for a church since relocating several years ago. The stress of not being nourished with bread of life is almost unbearable. I attended a church that usually uses man-centered material (self-help). One that had a SDA speaker. Another that urged member, via announcements, to support a SDA local convention.
But women are not allowed to speak in public gatherings. And men won't address these issues. It is unfortunate that "women aren't permitted" to pray publicly. Even with head covering. Yet the men don't appear to have a deep, rich, intimate connection with the living God who will perform his will among the people.
Are we to wonder why churches are closing?
A sermon defeating the pride of the Olympics This sermon defeats the sinful pride reflected by the Olympics. It also shows why we are saved by The Grace of The Lord Jesus Christ. The fact of the matter is that the Olympics is an empty vanity. Remember 1 John 2:15-17.
