“ Great Series ” What a blessing it is to hear preaching that is so applicable to ones soul. Thank you for being faithful to the Word of God without compromising Truth.
“ Great Sermon! ” What a blessing the shield of faith!!! Praise to God for his glorious provision. I love the picture painted of God’s people grouped together, like the Roman soldiers of old used to do, moving as one. An unstoppable force, the gates of hell shall not prevail against us. I loved the reminder at the beginning of this sermon of what faith is and how it is obtained. This sermon is very encouraging, it has encouraged me to take up the shield of faith and stand, steadfast, immovable for the beloved name of Christ my Savior, for His kingdom and His glory.
“ Wonder! ” Spurgeon once said that you can never be accused of preaching Christ too much. You can never grow tired of gazing upon the wonder of Christ, His person, His work... This sermon is just that a longing gaze upon the Wonder of Christ a foretaste, if you will, of that person whom we will one day behold with our own eyes.
