Roger Higginson 1 comment “ Repentance! ” Pastor Higginson is a faithful preacher of God's word in a day where it is not popular to be so. This sermon rightly focuses on the critical nature of repentance to come to a saving relationship with our Lord. As Pastor Higginson states, it is not enough just to come to some mental ascent of accepting the gospel...repentance will bear out whehter the heart, too, has accepted God's grace and not just the head. Pastor Higginson references Leonard Ravenhill - a mighty man of God who passed away in November 1994 - who so aptly stated that what this world needs is NOT more proper doctrine, but rather a demonstration. Thank you for preaching the truth pastor on a day where so many pastors here in America - mine included - watered down the gospel in pathethic attempts to get "committment cards" filled out.
