Great Sermon! Well done! My soul is rejoicing! Death has no sting for those whose sins have been forgiven through Christ’s death (and that truth is proved by His resurrection). I really like the picture of death as a schoolyard bully who cannot frighten us because we have a big brother who protects us.
Wonderful Sermon! Absolutely love the book of Romans. And I never tire of listening to Brian expound on it. Another wonderful sermon! Love the illustration of the rope; election and responsibility together. One of my favorite sermon from Brian is called exercising self-control (part 1 & 2). Very helpful to me. Please keep these sermons coming. Thank you. To God be the glory.
Praying for Your Work! This is very inspiring. I am praying for your work, dear brother. I firmly believe that God's Work is only successful
when Men go out on their knees, so I am praying for you and all the other faithful brothers giving their lives for this work.
Great Sermon! "The inadequacy of the Old is proved by the advent of the New." This summation of the speaker's point in Hebrews is well-made. If the people were the only short-coming of the OT, why then are the promises said to be better? Doesn't the introduction of "better promises" (Heb 8:6), prove in much the same way, the inadequacy of the former promises?
Great Sermon! tidings of comfort and joy. :-)
thank You, Lord, for using Charlie as a faithful under shepherd to encourage and comfort Your people, and to glorify Your Son.
Great Sermon! I listened to this sermon as part of preparation for a small group study of Esther. I have not been eager to do a series on this book but this sermon series has brought a great appreciation of the narrative of Esther and the strange events of her life. This is a masterful exposition of the Providence of God which has continuing relevance for us today. Thanks be to God for your faithful ministry.
Great Sermon! I have been greatly blessed with the series so far, but there is no letter to Sardis on SermonAudio. I was wondering if there was a recording done for that Wednesday night?
Great Sermon! Brian, great comments brother! My thoughts exactly in these contemporary debates. It saddens me to see the lack of charity. People being treated a heretic for subtle differences of opinion. Look forward to your thoughts on the theology proper debates. Blessings
