Our words have power and what we say can cause great harm. We should be expressing God's grace and love so that what comes out of our mouth is gracious and loving. We should desire to spill out good things and therefore must be filled with the love of God. Let us surrender our tongues and lives to the Lord. Let us ask God to change our hearts so that out of our hearts we will bring glory to God. We are totally dependent on God, our speech needs to reflect it. Our words do have power and we must yield our lives to the Lord because only God can tame the tongue.
