Great Sermon! May God give his people an earnest desire to be loved through and in the truth. It is the believer's gain to have one caring for their spiritual growth.
So Important! Slander has always existed in mankind and has always destroyed peace and unity. Christians need to stop this. Television promotes slander but it is still wrong. Lives are destroyed by it. Please listen to this great sermon. Thank you Pastor for this sermon.
We would love it if you put up the pre- synodical sermon. I was FaceTiming with my husband and realized it was on, so we came in at the end of the service. If you post it, I can send my husband the link and he can listen to it (the home's activity department sets it up so he can listen). I send a link everyday for him - some from your website. Thanks!
Have listened in on Christmas morning and today to both sermons, and have been pleased to hear what I heard, and also instructed in the doctrines of grace which is so necessary to hear in this day and age.
Great Sermon! Thank you for expounding so well on this subject. I will be recommending this message to a brother who is confused on covenant theology.
Great Sermon! This is the best sermon I have ever heard on this subject. This pastor does a wonderful job of explaining seemingly contradictory passages of scripture. For example, wine is a mocker -- yet Paul instructs his beloved Timothy to drink a little (for his nerves/nervous stomach).
Thank you for taking the legalism out of this subject and presenting it with such clarity.
awesome debate! Even though the stacks were against Rev. Stewart he did a marvelous job defending the tenents of Calvinism. The two Armenian proponents ran into some serious problems defending their position. The original arguments from the 16th century debate were re vomited in this debate. Obiviously the two fools arguing for the armenian position forgot that that position was deemed heretical and the remonstrance kicked off the church. Overall it was a good spankin to the Armenian position!!!
Interesting points made! I thought the point you made about how Jonah knew the power of the preaching and therefore didn't want to preach to Nineveh, and how you compared this with Elijah was really interesting! I never had thought of that before!
