Thank you! Another scriptural and challenging sermon by Pastor Knapp--thanks for your faithful preaching!
Very few pastors would ever give such a soul-searching message.
Thank you!! I am so thankful someone speaking the truth of the grace of God alone and assurance that Christ Jesus obtained through the providence of God redeeming a people onto himself, by his blood
We have a perfect savior the perfect satisfaction, righteousness and holiness of Christ must be our only plea and claim.
It is CHRIST ALONE, all we have is pollution and sin and a need for CHRIST! Amen! Brother I relate to your story so much
Excellent blessed message Thanks for pointing out the fact that we need to be bold when preaching behind the pulpit. This has been a blessing to me as a preacher and as a Christian.
Powerful sermon! Another insightful and challenging sermon by Pastor Knapp.
Lord, save Your people from Hireling Pastors. Give us faithful Shepherds who will not compromise Your Word.
Thank you so much I simply cannot express how much I appreciate this message. You have helped to reshape my thinking on this subject. I appreciate you having the holy boldness to stand and say what must be said about a subject no one wants to discuss. God bless you for your efforts.
Doa Tuhan Excerpt An excerpt from Doa Tuhan as noted in Mataio 06:09-13: "Our Abafu who art in Heaven, Hallowed be Thy Nimi! Thy Kingdom come and Thy Wille be done in Terra, as it is in Heaven! Give our daily bread to us on this day! And forgive us of our debts as we forgive our debtors! And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For Thine is the Kingdom, and The Power, and The Gloria, for ever! Amen!"
Great Sermon! The Glory goes to God because of men
like Curtis Knapp. He points us to Christ
no matter the cost. "Christ died for the UnGodly" says it all.
Bold and Needed Wow. This is filled to the brim with needed truth that is bold and was taught often in past generations. The subject of "Hell" is never a gentle subject but must be taught correctly.
Great Sermon! Have been 11 years when you preach this sermon, has been used against you just now, but glory be to God for the true that was proclaim and and may the Holy Spirit encourage you to faithfully preach the Truth of God continually.
Do not be discouraged for seen your name on the LGBTQ flyer and thank you for coming to NY and preach for us in the foundations conference.
God bless
Me and my wife were tremendously impact by your preaching on Wednesday.
Sad what happened to Larry Dean Listened to this today! Two thoughts:
1. Has Larry realized that Christ's positive righteousness through his perfect life is just as important as his death? Were we “there” in his life as well as in his death, in the way he's defining it? If not, wouldn't that be an internal inconsistency? Is he talking about this any?
2. This confusion of the work of Christ and his church actually is exactly the sort of thing we would expect in a transgendered world, where the creation ordinance of male and female are deliberately blurred, confused, and swapped. Dean is collateral to the zeitgeist of the age, no matter how against transgenderism he might say that he is. Confusion over Christ and the church is the theological parallel and eschaton to confusion over the creation ordinance of male and female. Sadly, I anticipate this false teaching to gather steam in our passing and “affirming” age. Thank you for leading the charge against it, even at cost. In prayer for Dean and all those involved.
Thank you for this sermon If only the Church would take discipline seriously. I don’t have a church home as every one is full of adulterers, unrepentent adultery, that is even called by those in the congregation blessed by God. I stand on the words of Jesus as to divorce remarriage if your spouse still lives being adultery. Churches do not teach according to Jesus word. The leaven of homosexual marriage is the same leaven that entered the church concerning divorce remarriage adultery. Divorce remarriage is sin, not blessed, if you see and think it is blessed maybe you would think to ask by what means.
Spanking: A Potential Tool for Legalism While the passages about the rod (šēḇeṭ שֵׁבֶט) such as Proverbs 13:24, Proverbs 22:15, Proverbs 23:13-14, and Proverbs 29:15 do require us to discipline children, many legalists take these passages about the rod in Proverbs out of context to support their legalistic view of repetitively spanking people to the point of "breaking their wills". It is important for us to understand that the rod spoken of in Proverbs 13:24, Proverbs 22:15, Proverbs 23:13-14, and Proverbs 29:15 is an instrument of discipline so that we do not abuse those under our care with it as legalists have done. Of course, these self-righteous legalists think that being sadistic is a sign of "toughness", while viewing gentleness as a sign of "weakness." Through adequate discipline with the rod, we can clearly see that gentleness is indeed a sign of marvelous power.
