Humbling This sermon was incredibly humbling and enlightening. I've read, studied and heard sermons on this particular scripture text so many times, but never have I learned so much and been so convicted. Robert McCurley is an incredible pastor and teacher!
Great Sermon! Dear Rev Robert McCurley
I am a 72 year old man and am foollowing your edifying sermons for some time. I thank God for you giving me weekly spiritual manna and am following your series of the Book of Hebrews closely. Rrgrettably there doesn't seem to have any audio broadcast on Hebrews for the last two week, 12th and 19 Nov 2023. Could I implore you to rectify the condition? I am spiritually hungry.
Grenville Free Presbytetian Church is very blessed and from her blessings flow oit worldwide. I started listening about 20 years ago when the late Dr Alan Cairns was preaching together with his able assistant Dr Michael Barrett. I listened to almost all their sermons, was deeply saddened when Dr Cairns, whom I was privileged to meetin Singapore, was called home. And now here you are Rev Robert McCurley, sent by God to continue feeding His Flock of whom I am one.
Please help, please restore the audio broadcast in SermonAudio.
Thank you very much Rev McCurleyfor your diligent servi e in the Lord.
I value the quality of your content. I appreciate you writing and sharing this. Like this one, I frequently read the shorter works and try to understand the authors' motivations.
A Paradigm Shift This sermon was an eye opener for me in regards to how we approach the Lord's Table, especially coming from the background of weekly observance. Would heartily recommend
Great Sermon! While looking for a sermon on "THE DOCTRINE OF SCRIPTURE" I came across this particular sermon. Prior to landing here, I was dumbfounded when I observed how many sermons there were on the said topic, by so many familiar and well-known pastors, who have abandoned THE DOCTRINE OF BIBLICAL PRESERVATION and hold to THE ORIGINALS ONLY being inspired doctrine position. How can they preach on something which they don’t fully or accurately believe? To my way of thinking that opens the door to all of the rest of the declension within the Church. Faith must certainly begin with believing that GOD HAS SPOKEN, and faith must necessarily include the fact that HE IS STILL SPEAKING (by His Preserved and infallible Word). Are the so called Scholars still trying to assemble God's supposedly uncertain and unpreserved Word or do we NOW have God's preserved and infallible Word? I am grateful for your sermon(s) for this primary reason, it is an avowal of the fact that THE BIBLE VERSION ISSUE IS A DOCTRINAL ISSUE... For quite some time I have understood that to accept something as true is to hold that which is contradictory to it as being false. That is why those who hold to this NEW VIEW are generally very argumentative against the KJV – but not so much the other modern versions.
Very Stirring Sermon! I cannot explain the ideas gathered from the truths in this message that can be used particularly in and for Women’s ministries.
Thank you and may God bless the hearers.
Convicting and encouraging This is one of the most convicting sermons I have ever been blessed to listen to. I've listened to it multiple times, but just keep coming back. Thank you so much for your faithfulness and encouragement in anguishing over souls.
