“ A solemn reminder ”
A stirring reminder of eternity, and especially the horrors of passing into the next world unforgiven and Christless. A 'must hear' for believers and unbelievers.

“ Regretful considerations ”
One of the marks of Neo-evangelicalism is the distribution of God’s precepts in a scale of importance according to a secularised set of values, instead of holding every precept of God on the same value to be obeyed. We read that “The LORD …. will â€magnify’ the law, and make it â€honourable’.” Isaiah 42 Instead the church has endeavored to â€minimize’ the law of God to make it â€disposable’.

“ THE STATE OF TODAY'S CHURCH WAS PROPHESIED !! ”
We are witnessing emerging at an alarming speed THE FALSE CHURCH -- THE CHARMING HARLOT (Revelation 17:5)--the organized system of world attitudes and behaviors that is under Satan’s control infiltrating the church and overtaking it with lies. Many of the popular, highly regarded pastors today are "angels of light" who are perverting the gospel of Christ. They substitute for it inclusiveness, universal salvation, and a complete release from accountability. This DEFECTING FROM THE TRUTH CHURCH has been in full swing for over 50 years. It is the apostate church spoken of in 2 Thess. 2:3-4. It is the church on whom God’s wrath shall fall because of her “falling away” from The Truth. She has fallen for the old intoxicating spell of the devil –- “you can disobey God and you will not die!” It’s the same lie that the serpent told Eve in the Garden of Eden. Contending for The Faith carries the risks of being labeled intolerant or divisive. I’ve experienced both family and friends (who are members of apostate churches) to so label me and cut off all contact with me. Jesus warned us to count the cost of following Him (Luke 14:25-35). Best to be a soldier for Christ than to hear Him say, “I never knew you.”

“ Great Sermon! ”
A wonderful sermon eloquently detailing the virtues the apostle says are to be added to our faith. It was illuminating to hear the distinction made between love for the those in Christ and love for non-believers. A must listen, and listen again! substitutedlife.blogspot.com

End Times - Things to Come
Dr. Peter Masters

“ THE WORLDLY CHURCH ”
Here it is!! -- revealed by the August 2013 Monthly Bulletin found on the website of Thomas Road Baptist Church (Lynchburg, VA). It reads "FATHERS BRING YOUR KIDS TO THE BALL PARK -- ON SUNDAY, August 11th, we will be leaving at 11:00 a.m. and taking a bus from the Thomas Road parking lot to see The Washington Nationals play the Philadelphia Phillies. The cost will be $40 per person. This price will include a spot on the bus, lunch for the trip and a ticket to the game." This Sabbath desecrating church is a well-known Southern Baptist church (estab. by Jerry Falwell, Sr.) that boast of a membership of over 24,000. Huge in number because it caters to the flesh. And, the same holds true for Liberty University (enrollment of over 100,000 students, with reported net assets of over 1 billion dollars) founded by Falwell and Elmer Towns. Go to YouTube.com and type in Liberty University Anthem and view what the school is broadcasting to entice students to enroll. This church and school serves as a great example of what Scripture tells us will come forth in the “end time.” God has kept you, Pastor Masters, and your ministry on the narrow path and off the broad road that leads to destruction. As long as you have breath, continue to contend for the faith.

Sermon:
Where is the Kingdom of God?
Dr. Peter Masters
1
comment
“ The Largest Kingdom ”
The Kingdom of God is the largest kingdom. The Kingdom of God has been represented on earth since the beginning of time. The Kingdom of God has drawn in seekers after God and converts throughout the world from every nation across the generations. Earthly empires rise and fall. They last for a season. They may be mighty empires but they only had in them the people that were alive for a period of existence. The Kingdom of God may seem to be only a small minority of people. But when you add them all up across the decades and generations and centuries, in total it will turn out to be the biggest kingdom and the biggest empire in the world. It is certainly the most powerful because it conquers hearts. The Kingdom of God is a conquest in hearts. It is a kingdom of reconciliation with God and it's so powerful. Much greater is the work to turn hearts and to change people than to humble and subdue people with arms and weapons. The Kingdom of God is the largest and mightiest of kingdoms. It is an invisible kingdom because it is a spiritual kingdom. God has his own subjects but it's not everyone.

“ Powerful illustrations of death explained ”
Dr Masters vividly explains the inevitability of the King of Terrors, the mystery unlocked by excellent biblical exegesis. Amazing illustrations of its power and potential suddenness and how it may be conquered through the Lord Jesus Christ.

Conformity or Liberty?
Dr. Peter Masters

“ Superb Graphic Illustrations ”
Wonderful graphic illustrations of the biblical text that the more individualistic and different people think they are, the more they are actually enslaved to sin and conformed to the image of this world. Dr Masters explains this clearly and also God's remedy for how we can be set at true liberty.
