Great Sermon! The minister here graphically expounds a not often touched upon passage bringing out a clear gospel message. He also deliberates upon the sanctity of marriage and the fact that God can heal a broken marriage.
Challenging Sermon ! I don`t remember hearing this verse preached on before, and didn`t realise the depths of truth that could be gleaned from it !
This is a sermon which will challenge Christians in their every day lives, about witnessing to others.
First of all Rev Elliott looks at the practical side of this verse, and then looks at the deeper, spiritual meaning.
This sermon will challenge us not to withhold the corn - the good news of the Gospel - but to release it to others, and as well as those people receiving a blessing, we will be blessed too !
It also carries a warning to apostate ministers who do not tell their congregation of their sin, and their need of a Saviour, and salvation.
I highly recommend this sermon !
Great Sermon! Arguably there is not a day lapses that we don`t in some sense or other use the word Love.Surely it is the second most important topic of verbal discourse?
Most of us intone how we love our homes, cars, dogs, books, even families and spouses.
But here Rev Elliott deals with a different type of Love altogether. He singularly examines the consuming, unfailing, omnipotent Love of God.
-----------A Love which took Him to Calvary.
Here is a sermon well worth ruminating upon and giving a second listen to forby!
