Correction At the end of this sermon, I got my words back to front: I said, "The Lord Jesus doesn't want there to be any favorites in the Father's family. He doesn't want the Father to love you any more than He loves Him." Of Course I meant quite the reverse: "He doesn't want the Father to love you any less than He loves Him. He doesn't want the adopted sons to feel like second class citizens in the family -- "that the same love with which you have loved me might be in them, and I in them."
Great Sermon! Lottie, glad you didn't pass it by. Myself, I had never connected the stones in the sling to death by stoning of a blasphemous one. That alone was worth the listening.
Very, Very Good! Sometimes, when I see certain titles, I past the message by because the Biblical history stories are so familiar, well rather, all the sermons seem to convey the same points. I glad I didn't past this message by. Thanks to you, Brother Carl, I won't be readily skipping past familiar titles.
Great Sermon! This was an absolutely AMAZING sermon! This definately wasn't what I was taught in Sunday School. God is glorified everytime I listen to one of Carl's sermons. I first heard him preach on the Sovereignty and Suffering series and highly recommend it! May God richly bless your ministry!
Great Sermon! Everyone should take the opportunity to listen to this message. We have led quiet peaceable lives for a long time, but the recent Supreme Court decision concerning marriage can change that dramatically. The clock is now ticking.
thought-provoking You say we shd. be buried not cremated. You give good reasons, Scriptural & historical. I was planning on being cremated but you have changed my mind. Thank you.
Great Sermon! Most excellent, but I think the subtitle should be, "be afraid, be very afraid." For if one such as David, a man after God's Own heart, could fall to such darkness because of laziness, slothfulness, neglecting the means of grace, allowing himself to drift away, and suppressing his conscience.... Oh my!
