Great Sermon! Amen! Lord give us godly men. Thank you Pastor Moorecraft for reminding us of our spiritual forefathers and their faithful stand for the kingship of the
Lord Jesus Christ.
Great Speech! Pastor Morecraft has set a standard of Christian Statesmanship and this speech is a clarion call for the Church to arise and proclaim we will have "No King but King Jesus!"
Great Sermon! We would encourage anyone to get a copy of the audio of the Sufficiency of Scripture conference that Mr Morecraft refers to. It should be available at the ncfic website or vision forum. It was a gathering of fantastic speakers with a clear vision of victory for their families, churches and the church as a whole!
Great Sermon! We learn so much everytime we listen to Mr.Morecraft. Our children listen to these Reformation sermons as part of their hisoty lessons. Thank you sir!
Great Sermon! Dear Pastor, Thank you for your wonderful message. I heard a man of God preaching indeed. But it was more than a man...I heard the voice of God that breaks the cedars...I heard the heart beat of the Father...I felt the hot tears of Christ over Jerusalem and the nations. God has granted you the anointing that destroys all yokes of bondage. I am a roumanian by birth, american citizen now, medical doctor by profession; but now in full time ministry as a missionary pastor in Nigeria. The no. one enemy we have to pray against here is the wicked, evil spirit of religion. It makes people to like to go to church but never change, never repent; they hate the cross of Christ and refuse to pay the sacrifice of praising the Lord Jesus. They are in high ecclesiastic positions and persecute true believers. I heard your voice thru the internet. I received a fresh dose of faith and courage. I am not alone and you are not alone. The Lord knows those who are His. You are right because the Bible is right: God has the last say in all human affairs. May God bless you, your family and ministry, may He strengthen you to please Him to the end.
Love in Christ alone, Lia Leigh.
Great teachings. Christ as prophet, priest and king, in Calvin's theology. The Holy Spirit as the source of spiritual life. And Calvin's view of natural law.
Life of Vermigli. The message treats only the life of Pietro Martire Vermigli. His life and ministry. I like these biographies and I consider important for us to know the Reformation history and figures.
Excellent! The view of the Council of Trent on justification. And the view of Calvin on justification. It is a legal declaration by a Judge in the heavenly courtroom. Signification of imputation explained.
Friend and successor of Calvin. Good and useful presentation of the life and ministry of Beza; his role in the development of the French Reformed church, his views on the Nicodemites and his views on the right to oppose idolatrous kings.
Great Sermon! FANTASTIC! Great exegesis, great application. Although it made up a minor part of the entire message, I appreciated the exposition of Ezekiel 11.
The sermon was given in 2003. I just heard this in 2009 when the culture has become so much worse.
God gave His Church these men. Useful presentation of the two reformers, Farel and Bucer and their relation to Calvin. More space is given to Bucer, especially on his book "De Regni Christi", but also on his influence on the English Reformation. And Bucer on evangelism and world mission.
Second stay in Geneva. Calvin in Geneva, after returning from Strassbourg. Presentation of Servetus controversy and refutation of the accuse that Calvin was a dictator.
Calvin's influence on USA. A message about the influence of Calvin on the Constitution of USA, followed by an account of his life until 1541, at Strassbourg.
