This is typical Joe Morecraft. He is a tremendous asset and blessing to the Elect of God.
“ Great Sermon! ” Wonderful sermon! Anybody who wants to truly understand Revelation needs to slow down and consider the principles of interpretation at the very beginning of the book. Dr. Morecraft hits the nail right on the head in this sermon. If you want help understanding how to read this great book at the end of the Bible, don't hesitate listening to this excellent sermon.
“ Useful study. ” This was an interesting and useful study. It depicts Calvin as having the heart of a pastor and a fighter for the true Gospel. Praise the Lord: He can touch even the hearts of people of high position in society!
“ Great study. ” Very good study, showing the interest of Calvin in evangelism and missions. With a detailed account of the attempted mission to Brasil.
“ Good study. ” This was a good lesson in Church History. It is wonderful to see how God worked in different times. We can also learn lessons from the limitations of people.
“ Interesting ” Please allow me to comment. The liberal does not believe that the authority of the State comes from itself. Most modern liberals and leftists are disciples of Rousseau, who like Locke believed in the Social Contract. Rousseau had a mythic belief in "the people" while Locke was more individualistic, but both opposed the Fascist idea of the State vested in itself (Hobbes). I appreciate Pastor Morecraft's right to an opinion, but he should not misrepresent his opposition.
Also, I do not believe Romans 13 necessarily dealt with righteous authority only, but that is a complex subject with many nuances. Tyrants are not Civil Magistrates in any legitimate sense, as we will both agree.
“ Interesting sermon ” I haven't heard a lot of this before and I'll be prayerfully considering it. Regardless of how accurate the interpretation turns out to be, you correctly point out that Revelation is indeed a revelation of Jesus Christ and that we are able to keep the words of the prophesy.
“ Godly marriage How to love your wife ” Thank you Dr. Morecraft for your exposition of the Scriptures. They are true and convicting. May God bless you sir!! I miss coming to hear you preach in person. I have been unemployed for five years except for part time and seasonal and temprorary work. Please pray for me and my family.

“ Great Sermon! ” As a reformed woman this gives me great hope. Christ Alone is our hope! I pray for reformation in our country. True repentance will bring about a true Christian nation. We need more minister to stand up for Christ Alone! No more sugar coating what the Gospel says!!!
