Great Sermon! Another converting message causing me to confess ALL my sins; especially the sin of self-righteousness.
He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God? (Micah 6:8)
This Message Is Marked Incorrectly This message is supposed to be "God's Strength & My Weakness" 2 Corinthians 12:9, but Henry states very clearly at the beginning of the message that he is reading from 2 Samuel 3:39 and he continues to speak regarding David and Joab and his weakness against his enemies. It has no reference whatsoever to 2 Corinthians 12:9.
End Is Cut Off I really, really liked this sermon, it is very informational and I learned a good deal from it. The sad part is that the end is cut off and it literally ends in the middle of what Pastor Mahan is saying. Sad, I wish I could hear the end of it.
Great Sermon! I am so happy and grateful that this video is available, I have enjoyed so many of Henry Mahan's sermons and it is always even better to see and hear, I feel so close to those true believers even if it is just audio or video, this old world just aint no good, but this mans preaching makes my day bright as the sun, Amen

Great Sermon! One of the best sermon on the wicked, ugly, and horrendous sin of self - righteousness. This is a must-hear! May God alone be glorified.
listen to this one! Here is The Gospel presented and preached unashamedly. Majority of the world who attend churches have not heard The Gospel preached as declared/taught in the bible. The preachers are not preaching God's truth, but are teaching moralism and religious sacraments. May God be pleased to raise up more Gospel preachers in our day, and may He alone be glorified.
Amazing! Amazingly clear explanation and exposition of the Free woman (Sarah) and the bondservant (Hagar); Isaac and Ishmael; Law and Grace. Praise be to God alone for God's preachers! And thank God for SermonAudio for having this sermon available. By the deeds of the Law shall NO flesh be justified! Christ and Him crucified is the sinner's ONLY hope.
Great Sermon! God's truth is harder and harder to find. The Bible is our source of truth, but today there are numerous Mis-translations. Henry Mahan gets the gospel right where almost everyone else fails. If you embrace the Bible avoid all the newer versions that change the facts by rewording important truths.
Great Sermon! Praise God!
What a wonderful and thoroughly complete sermon. This is the way men used to preach and made our nation a nation of understanders, this is the kind of sermon that uses the authority of Gods Holy Word to cut out and loose off the world that wants to destroy us ALL.
Thank God for clear speaking shoot from the hip gospel preaching.
Amen
Strong Sermon! Brother Henry gives a strong, clear picture of the 2 different lives that man lives. The false self-serving religious man and the humble repentant sinner. We need to face the truth of God if we want to be saved into the family of God through Christ Jesus. We cannot hide in our vain ceremony of empty religious acts. Confess to the Lord your unbelief and weakness and He will give you strength to follow Him.
Where is the marriage feast supper? From my study on this it was a full meal and not a little snack. It was at the table where a full meal was served and now the church has turned it into a ceremony. I also believe it is very important that we be holy just as Christ Himself is holy. He does care if we sin, but He knows our heart.
Great Sermon! Clear and Powerful! This was a blessing, I watched the video with someone unfamiliar with the Biblical teaching of salvation and this was so clear, so definitive that it is all of God, by His grace and all about trusting in JESUS alone, the Person and work of CHRIST, not doctrine, not good works, not man, not tradition, not ceremony or religion, but CHRIST...wonderful. Thank you for posting these videos online!
Great Sermon! An outstanding presentation of unconditional election. Here we see the power and love of God! Listen and be amazed, uplifted and blessed. The quote at the end from a hymn I will have printed and framed!
