God has chosen to display His love and grace by providing for mankind eternal life as a gift. God has said that the one condition necessary for receiving the gift He has provided is faith. No additional work or effort on the part of man is required nor is acceptable to offer along with faith. God says all have sinned, all need a Savior, Jesus Christ has been provided as the Savior for all, and all who will believe in Him receive forgiveness of all sins and the free gift of eternal life. The gospel of Jesus Christ then becomes the content of knowledge to be heard and believed to be saved. Only one way provided for all who hear and believe.
