In vv. 7-13, the preparation of the Passover meal is described. In application, we need to meditate on Christ's perfection and marvel at His Deity. In vv. 14-16, we see Christ's desire in the Passover meal. As we reflect on this, we need to embrace Christ's desire to fellowship with us. Because of Christ's sacrifice for us, we can come to Him and fellowship with Him freely!
