Why in Marks Gospel in the boat in the storm does Christ say of the diciples you have no faith, He was asleep they panicked in the storm saying "carest thou not Lord we perish" ,yes, they who left all to follow him who were in His will, on the boat He was on board, they doubt there Lord and His care ..We perish! and you dont care! Are we not like this at times in Gods will, thinking all will be fine a trouble, trial comes and inside we think Lord what's going on don't you care?, we will preish in this trial, trouble, this storm of life. Boat was full of water v37, we seem full of trouble at times. Christ says "How is it you have no faith" Chp 4.v40. They had faith, they left all for Him but were was it now? were is our faith in trails,storms of life is it invisble?? it needs to be used, use God, use word, use His promises.The beliver had acted like a non christian. Christ seems almost suprised, how is this? How is it that you being a believer are full of unbelief? not only so but so fearfull would the boat sink with God The Son on board? would we as saved people fall and be lost if Chrsit lives in us? is any storm we are in today to strong and we will be drowned with God?? in us? Perish the thought that we should perish. We need to place all our trust and faith in the person of Christ at such times ,His whole person, of God the Son, in Heaven The High Priest praying for us always, with humanity still in Him as He feels for us and our weakness,our Savour is there to Save us daily from all the world throws at us. "Be of Good cheer" says He, I have! overcome the world.
