Biblical Sermon It is true that part of the offense of the gospel is that God does not try to save everyone. There is no hope for the reprobate (Romans 9:13). There is hope only for the elect. And it is a firm hope that God surely saves the elect by sovereign grace! The call is God's means to gather His elect unto salvation. We do not know who God's elect are, so we preach the gospel to all men everywhere. And God, who knows who His elect are, will give them faith so that all who "call on the name of God" indeed "shall be saved." See Matt. 22:14 "Many are called but few are chosen."
Great Sermon! Revealing! Very spiritually enlightening. Wondering if this could be made available in text/html file format. It will be great for reading sermon. Elder Rod Bongat - Berean Protestant Reformed Church
