“ What a blessing! ” I have been a pastor for nearly 40 years. Nearly all I am as a gospel preacher is the result of God's gracious work through two faithful men. Dr. Grier was one of those two men. As a student at Cedarville College in the mid 70's, he was my philosophy professor. His class lectures always had a bit of preaching, and his preaching always had a note of serious academic study. But what was found in both was love of and focus on the Lord Jesus Christ. This sermon is no exception.
Dr.Grier is gone from this world now, but, "He being dead, yet speaketh." And the Lord has used him, once again, to bless an unworthy sinner's heart.
“ One of My Favorites ” 9-04-2021 - I was in Ohio to listen to Paul during this Sermon. It was 2 days. Had a wonderful time. I always enjoy coming back to this Sermon; it never gets old. And you can't know it enough.
“ Great Sermon! ” Have met and enjoyed John Reisinger and his sermons several times. He was a great man of God and his tapes were so helpful to me in my early Christian life.
“ Great Sermon! ” Spot on. However...who is listening?
Lukewarm, worldly Christians will probably click out 1/4 way through. But this message is soooo needed today. Good job Ron.
Carlos - Australia.
“ Visiting from out of town. ” Our family didn't want to miss worshiping our Lord on Easter Sunday. We found Lemoyne Baptist on line and arrived at 10:45 as the service was about to begin. From the friendly greetings, to the hymns and special music we were blessed. Pastor Ron's eight point message was spot on and a real encouragement. Lighthouses aren't only located on Lake Erie. There is one inland, outside of Genoa, Ohio. Lemoyne Baptist. Thank you.
“ Great Sermon! ” Thank you, I needed that whipping from God, the sermon made me take a closer look at the one who needs to die, me. What a beautiful sermon, thank God!
