“ We all need this warning and be prepared and motivated to preach the gospel while it is still called ‘day’ ” We truly need such warning, for the days are growing increasingly dark.
We are warned by the Holy Spirit, that in the last days perilous times will come, and also we were warned persecution awaits all who are called out of the world who bear His testimony and word.
A proper understanding of eschatology should only motivate us all to work while it is still called daytime. For the night comes when no one can work.
We must all be prepared, to remain watchful and on guard and alert. Clear-headed and watchful unto prayer. We should not be fearful, for we are not given a spirit of timidity, but rather earnestly awaiting and hastening the return of our Lord and Savior; being busy with the work He has called all of us to do so that the full number of the elect will be saved. We all need to be preaching the gospel and encouraging and equipping the saints, to be the faithful servant found busy when the Master of the House comes unexpectedly in the night.
“ Great topic! ” I am interested in your article regarding worship. This has been a much needed subject for many today. Many do not worship God as we aught, and many do not seek to worship Him in spirit and in truth for they are blinded by tradition and selfish motives. They offer music as praise in ignorance to make themselves feel good and wonder why God is not honored. Many go to a building thinking that is worship, but their hearts are far from God and they do not see it. I am most interested in your article and this message was a blessing! I’m praying I can be a blessing to others who desperately need to understand what worship is pleasing and acceptable to our Lord who is Holy and to Whom all glory is due.
“ Incredibly Helpful ” Thank you for this. This was very helpful for me to listen to as I am preparing to teach this same passage. Your bold declaration in proclaiming the truth of this text is very much appreciated. Soli Deo Gloria

“ Great Sermon! ” So many points hit the nail on the head with one swing. I plan to relisten and share with others. I don't understand how other people can argue these points. It's the Bible. A no-brainer!!! I was expecting Tim to end the sermon with *drop mic* and walk away. Sorry, he's too nice for that. But I did in my mind. 😇 Good stuff here!Truth of His Word.

“ Great Sermon! ” Outstanding teaching on church history. I hope this series will continue -- I'll be looking for it.
I'm a member of Grace Community Church in Sun Valley, CA, pastored by John MacArthur -- so I appreciate good teaching.
Thanks!!
“ Hmm,... ” FYI-Prozac destroyed my life and my health forever. Zoloft also nearly killed me, causing me such confusion that i drove head on into an oncoming lane of traffic. When i later turned to Christ but was given Paxil, it was then i realized that while on it i could not hear the Holy Ghost, that the drugs numbed me to external stimuli and lowered my inhibitions, making me nonchalant or indifferent to sins. Psychiatry is nothing more than modern day witchcraft and yes, it IS a sin to take mind altering drugs, even when they are prescribed. That is why God gives His children the holy Ghost, to be able to discern right from wrong. All psychology is rooted in secular humanism and while they give lip service to the existence of God, an afterlife, and the soul, that is all it is, lip service. Many ppl are suffering from grief, lonliness, post trauma or abuse and don't even realize it, so they don't understand why they are depressed and don't know that it is normal to be depressed after having gone through unresolved grief/trauma,etc. Depression is a SPIRITUAL condition. The drugs will numb you to things, but they can never truly give you the happiness you seek.
“ Fantastic and helpful ” An excellent overview of the Baptist view of the church, pointing out the history of persecution frequently inflicted on those who follow the Biblically-correct view of the baptism ordinance.
