Wonderful Sermon! This sermon and part 2 are a wonderful overview of Ezekiel. He teaches us that the true temple is Jesus Christ, as the Lord Himself said in John 2:19. The Israelites of Ezekiel's time were profaning the temple, according to God, and so His wrath was upon them. At the crucifixion, Christ the true temple was profaned by man and by God since He had been made sin for us (2 Cor 5:21), and God's wrath was upon Him. The true temple was destroyed in His death and burial. But, like the temple in Jerusalem during the time of Nehemiah, He was raised up again. Praise be to God!
Encouraging message That’s exciting to hear how the Holy Spirit is at work in your congregation!! Lord willing our family will be able to visit one day :). God bless you all.
Thank-you I really appreciate this series of sermons. This message was extremely practical and was encouraging to listen to, convicting as well. Lord willing we will be able to visit your church one day :)
Thank-you! Appreciate the reminder to "exercise yourself to godliness" while we still have energy and time. Will definitely be passing this message along :)
Great Sermon! Thank you so much for this series! It's hard finding a series that goes through every question and answer on mp3. Please finish it out. Thank you again.
Great Sermon! I have listened several sermons and lectures about "love". But I found that some of these lecturers didn't understand 1 Corinthians 13 deeply. From this sermon preached by Pastor Mitchell, I began to understand the deeper meaning of true love, a kind of great love without "self".
Great Sermon! "Nothing in this world can satisfy our souls." Yes. Like the young rich man who was reluctant to give up his wealth in order to follow Jesus, a lot of people are seeking for futile goals in their lives.
Great Sermon! This sermon helps me a lot. As Rev. Persaud said that we would be misled into moralism if we only focus on moral life but ignore the most precious value of the work of salvation which was expounded in Roman 1-11 by Paul. Thanks!
