“ Great Sermon! ” Llve this guy and deeply appreciate Sermonaudio, but I do sometimes wish more newbies would get some staff or daily picks. Many examples, I was so helped by TIm Schmidt of Firth Baptist esp during his romans and psalm 23 a year or two ago.
“ Great Sermon! ” This is a very great sermon. I really appreciated the typical comparaison between Joseph and Jesus. I have found very interesting as well the way the speaker shows both predestination and Providence in this single texte, in this same story.

Thank you for this wonderful sermon and for all your sermons. I know your aim is to always glorify God and you don’t want any praise. However, I just want to say that your sermons are characterised by simplicity and profoundness. Christ is certainly ALL in all of your sermons.
“ FOR HIS CHURCH ” "Gimmee that ole time religion!" Divine Providence is real and needs to be preached. The Savior knows his sheep. Thank you Pastor. All who read this should listen to this sermon.
“ For The Heavy Laden ” "As the deer pants for the water." Thank you Pastor, for this reminder of Who gives us hope. Everyone should listen to this sermon. In fact, Pastor Byrd's entire series on Joseph is great.
“ Great Sermon! ” What a wonderful sermon , and for me much needed this morning , I find myself in a situation I cannot control , and this sermon has given me the answer, " Wait upon the Lord ",Thank you yet again Pastor Jim . Hallelujah ! .
“ Great Sermon! ” Jim, my son passed away tonight and I just wanted you to know that the last sermon he listened to was this one on Predestination and Providence. He told me he loved this sermon and smiled at me when I asked him. He has been in 4 different hospitals in the last 1 and 1/2 years because of diabetes. He has been reading his bible and listening to sermons by you and Bill Parker and he knew the truth. I am heart broken but have a good feeling about his destiny. The Lord put it in my mind to listen to this sermon and I am so glad I did. I burn sermons onto cd's and I bought several personal cdmp3 players for my children to listen to sermons of sovereign grace preachers. I can see God's providence in this also. I believe you are a true child of God and I thank you from the bottom of my heart and thank God for you !
“ Great Sermon! ” I was blessed by this sermon. IMHO, there is no version of the Bible so suited to preaching as the Authorized Version. Pastor Byrd expounded the Scriptures with dignity, clarity, accuracy and earnestness. Christ is all! Our salvation is in Him alone, and in Him complete! Hallelujah!
BTW, I understand that the version used "his" because "its" had not been invented yet. The masculine form stood for the neuter gender.
“ Absolute, Permanent Truth ” This sermon speaks the truth that was believed by Protestants throughout the Middle Ages. It is still the truth and will be the truth 1000 years from now. Genesis 2:7 is the truth. Christians should always want absolute truth. Only the audio version of this sermon works so please listen to the audio.
“ Great Sermon! ” Thank you pastor for your Wonderful sermon on the Grace of God , It brings me to tears every time I hear it , and Yes I have listened to it more then once , and no doubt I will yet listen to it many more time before I am finished !.
“ Great Sermon! ” One of the best messages ever! True to the Scriptures - giving it the power of God (behind the speaker). Jim was firing on all cylinders on this message. So full of hope for those of us who have - for so long - looked inward to find if we'll "make it". Wrong! It's not based on ANYTHING we do, contribute, say, or not say, etc. But rather the effectual substitutionary work of the Lord.

“ Great Sermon! ” This is the most wonderful sermon I have ever heard , It is something we hardly ever hear preached upon , Thank you Pastor for your faithfulness to our wonderful God and Father and equally wonderful Son and Saviour Jesus , and not forgetting the Holy Spirit who has opened out eyes to the wonder of the Election of Grace , Cheers and God Bless , from a grateful listener ! .
