My Hope is in Jesus What a friend we have in Jesus. Give it all to Him and have eternal life.
Pastor's message is comforting, believing in Jesus results in life everlasting. Thank you Pastor Jim for teaching us about God and salvation through Jesus Christ.
Salvation our Gift From God A great peace came over me as I listened to Pastor Byrd's message regarding God's Salvation. I asked God how to have peace with Him. It is through His Salvation, the Sacrifice of His Son, Jesus Christ.
Thank you Pastor Byrd for reminders to pray for our children and staying close to God. May you always be covered with His wings of Glory. May God always keep you blessed and safe. Amen
Glory To God I Praise God for this ministry. The blessings I receive from it, Pastor Byrd gives me and others the meaning of Christ's salvation and comfort; Understanding the Gospel and what Christ did for me. I am confident. Amen
Great Sermon! Most excellent sermon Bill. "What he is saying, the emphasis here on comparing the days before his Second Coming to the days just prior to the flood is this. It was man’s extreme attention and preoccupation that people give to the ordinary things of this world in every day life.
What he is talking about is in Noah’s day men and women have become so taken up, so
consumed and so enamored with these things of ordinary life, the things of every day life that are not evil in and of themselves, things that are earthly endeavors, earthly goals that we neglect and ignore and deny the eternal matters of God’s grace in Christ, salvation by him, the Lord’s Second coming, his judgments.
In other words, people in Noah’s day were just so consumed with raising a family,
making a living, entertaining themselves that they just didn’t really listen to that old preacher named Noah. That is just not really my concern. That is just not really that important. That is just not life and death. I have got a job to go to. I have got a family to raise. I have got children to entertain. But a flood coming? Well, I have got 120 years.
That is what was going on. Eating, drinking, just like we eat and drink. Marrying and giving in marriage. But ignoring the warnings of Scripture." Sad but true...
Probably one of the most profound sermons I have heard in quite a while I gained so much understanding of the what and why of the fall through this sermon. In essence it appears the man's free will is what died that day. And like the Lord said, they gained the knowledge of good and evil. Of obedience and disobedience and it eventually cost them their lives. But wait! Redemption is coming! Thank you Lord.
Great Sermon! Really enjoyed this sermon, im reading the book of probverbs & needed help & encouragement,
I no longer have a church to go to as the minister does not beleive in the word of GOD, & it hurts my soul, my heart when i heard him say that, & also poo poo GOD word, so i no longer attend, i do miss fellowingship But i cant sit & listen while he openly states the Bible as a fable & fiction....
Amazing Grace Listen to God's word and be calmed by this message of His love and care for us. The things of this world are just that, Things. The life eternal is of God our caretaker and redeemer through Jesus Christ He sent to save us from sin and provide a home for us in heaven.
Great Sermon! As you take the Word of God and paint a beautiful and breathtaking picture in my mind’s eye, I am reminded over and over that It IS so sweet to trust in Jesus. “Precious Jesus, Savior, Friend; I know that Thou art with me, Wilt be with me to the end.”🐝
Great Sermon! Such a beautiful, eye-opening lesson. It gave nourishment to my mind and soul. My praise to God. And thank you ever so much for your diligent study and instruction in rightly dividing the Word and the Truth of God.
Great Sermon! Once again, the eloquence of your prayers of thanksgiving soothe my heart. The blood, the blood, the blood. Thank God for the blood.🐝 And thank you for expounding the all powerful greatness of God in your message.🐝
Great Sermon! My heart is hungry for His Word. An early morning breakfast with you and Christ Jesus in the Garden will keep my heart, my mind, and my soul nourished this day. I thank God for you and your enlightening message. (I laughed out loud when you referenced “Pledge” in your message. A polish that is timeless.)
