“ Great Sermon! ” The world is getting more independent and independent, but God's people his sheep getting more and more and more dependent on him for life and breath and sustenance. We do not fall back unto our strength I will but lean on his strength and his will, not only that if he died for us you also give us all things in him this is great news. The gospel is life to us that are perishing in our own strength.
“ Great Sermon ” brother Don states something worth remembering and, by the Spirit, is our confession and hope: " All who have the Spirit of Christ trust Christ alone; trust the Son of God who is my only atonement; my only righteousness with God; and my only acceptance in Heaven". This is our common profession and confession from hearts made new and good by God the Spirit.
“ Another Great Sermon! ” In this message, brother Don draws from the treasure of Romans 14:10-12 how believers are to behave towards one another in the visible church of any local assembly. We who believe in the free sovereign grace of God, as well as the fact that we are no longer under the Law may be subject to teaching that appears sound under the pretext of the necessity of the watchman who assumes the watchdog inspecting the profession of others as "the elder" yet, such teaching and the tests are evidences of weka preaching and manufactured man-made laws o instruction which are no more a work of grace than someone who preaches man's works produce by the Law for acceptance with God. We must trust Christ, welcome (as brethren) those whose profession and trust is in Christ theSon of God and wait on the Lord. Good preaching, under the care of the Sovereign Lord Jesus, who keeps His church will also protect His church.
“ Another Great Sermon! ” This sermon by brother Don has been an encouragement to me as well as should be to the visible church at the time preached, (2011) now (2023) and until the Lord returns.
“ The Wisdom of God in a message ” There is nothing ordinary about the Son of God, who is set-up from everlasting to save ordinary nothings worthy of perpetual unquenchable hell fire, and purpose to save and bless them, in His Son, with everything necessary to make them acceptable in the Beloved to His glory, praise and honor that they are made to believe His Gospel.
“ Preaching as God has purposed. ” Truly an outstanding Gospel message on the heals of the conference @ Sellersburg, by brother Fred, strengthening the believer's hope. The message, for me, is a corrective and contrast of a messenger who declared that the false gospel robs him of his confidence & salvation, as well as it being responsible for sending many people to hell. God send people to hell for their rebellion. Strange and contrary words to our Lord's words (John 10:27-28). Furthermore, it is not the declaration or even our acceptance of the term “the free and sovereign grace of God” that saves a sinner; it is Christ who saves to the uttermost. God has saved many a sinner, who never heard the term. If a man goes to hell here is what our Lord said: John 3:18 and John 10:26.

“ Great Sermon! ” What sweet honey from the Word of God. If Christ is ALL, when everything is removed whereby we remain with our earthly tabernacle (our 2-natured state) with Christ in us the hope of glory, if He be ALL then, we have ALL; God give us the grace to know, understand & say: "I have enough" (Gen 33:11). Also, we are reminded that the gift of God, a messenger, is but the means and we dare not see him as "in the stead of God" though God may speak to His sheep through the means ordained.
