“ Great Sermon! ”
As you are aware of, how I love your direct teaching, I find this this sermon is especially true. But I had a revelation, that we CANNOT GIVE SIGHT, nor can we GIVE LIGHT, but we are like John the baptist (as my father once called me) being sent to testify of that LIGHT. They look upon the many years of my being in bondage, yet they do not see how I have been freed! I am sad for them, but today I said to myself I will onyl speak of the Lord to those who are willing to listen, and even then, I will be careful that I am not going to expect them to change because of my testimony. The LORD gives the increase. Amen and God bless you Pastor.

“ Great Sermon! ”
My God I was moved with such conviction at this seasoned words! May God grant the soul of this man a multitude of blessings of wisdom and knowledge of his written word, and the fruits of the spirit to show he is truly of the kingdom. I will preach like this one day. I will proclaim the Lord to the world. Not for my sake but for the sake of the people. God bless this man deeply and may he continue to abide in the house of the Lord.

“ This brother is a soul winner ”
...and not only a soul winner, but has a tender heart towards the lost ,and for seeing saints get off their backsides and be part of the great commission. This comes out again in this sermon from the well known portion of Gods word from Ezekiel. I love this brother. Thankyou der brother Earnest for the gospel tractys you sent me...every one has been used.

“ Incredible testimony ”
Pastor Forreister has an incredible testimony in relation to this sermon from Job. For Pastor Forreister literally, like Job,went through a time of losing EVERYTHING,apart from the clothes on his back. By Gods grace he also, like Job,held on to his integrity. This is just one aspect from this sermon, which any beleiver will find a blessing, surely,in listening to this most humbling sermon.

“ Great Sermon! (New comment) ”
Around the gospel mountain base are thousands doing church work,..needful ,yes,..but blinkered,no looking at the bigger picture. Halfway up the mountain are those on kingdom work ,for example , missionaries...some at the base will commit them to the Lord in prayer. A further up,near the summit, are those whom the Lord uses to win souls ,and they are at the sharp end ..for example, holding up a placard with Gods word amongst the lost. This embarresses most *Christians* at the base,so thjey wont pray , and indeed will only criticise . Yes,its lonely near the summit, but one is close to the LORD and Saviour,Jesus Christ ...HE is at the summit ! Alone, rejected, but interceeding for those at the base,as well as those nesr the summit ! Praise His lovely nmae. What are you doing indeed ? In the comfort zone of church work around the base of the gospel mountain ? Or on kingdom work, near the summit, and nearer to the Lord Jesus ,despite the apathy of fellow beleivers ? I know where i would rather be,and i thank brother Forreister who came into my life like a comet...brief,but then disappeared...but the Lord has used him to bless me in kingdom work.

“ We are saved to be a witness ! ”
Thankyou dear brother Ernest for such a tremendously encouraging message for those who desire to be a witness for our lovely Lord Jesus, but what a most challenging sermon for those who are idle in this respect...while a multitude are dying in their sins. A MUST listen to sermon, dearly beloved !

“ What are we doing indeed ! ”
Thankyou my dear brother for this sermon which was just what i needed to hear, especially as by grace, God willing, i will be out amongst the lost again soon. I am very alarmed at being caught up in church work, rather than continuous zeal in the talent that the Lord has been pleased to empower me with. May God bless your dear (small ?) congregation,my dear brother Ernest...tell them that although i have never met them, they are included in all the household of faith whom i pray for daily. I love all my brethren and sisters who make up your congregation.

“ We have been warned ! ”
Thankyou dear brother Forrestier for such a needful warning sermon ,on the words of the Lord Jesus in relation to the enemy sowing tares among the wheat. May the Lord bless this sermon...and your ministry, dear brother Ernest..to dear souls...both saved and lost, and may you be encouraged in your study of the Scriptures, and be led of the Holy Spirit to continue to preach the Word in season and out of season. From your brother in the bonds of the gospel, and in serving Christ Jesus, our wonderful Lord and Saviour. Norman.
