All Pastor Murray's Sermons are a blessing Dear Pastor Murray:
This is Burton again (RE at Cornerstone
Presbyterian Church (PCA) in Brevard, NC. Please know how much I appreciate your God glorifying sermons. God's care to you and your flock. In Him, Burton
Great Sermon! http://www.sermonaudio.com/sermoninfo.asp?SID=1290616813
Also listen in conjunction with this sermon Rev Murray's The Golden Idol of Intolerance...both sermons are the true commentary of the great and downward spiral of a once great nation which now not only tolerates all manner of evil but promotes such and even glorifies in its own sin filled wickedness.
Great Sermon! I note I have commented on 'What Made Britain Great' http://www.sermonaudio.com/sermoninfo.asp?SID=12100616598
When the comments should be placed here. Both sermons should be heard together!
You: Before the throne! All of these messages from the 2007 Communion are a blessing to listen to. But if you can only listen to one, listen to this one - and imagine yourself before the throne of judgement! Each person will be in that position some day. What What will you say? What will you do? This message explains your hope on that day, so don't miss it.
Great Sermon! Reassuring teaching on both God's plan as it unfolds and his judgment and mercy. It all makes sense, and is well stated. The slides help those who do not have English as their native language.
Great Sermon! All the facts presented in this messaqe are things I've known but they are still shocking when brought together and spoken of as they are in this sermon. What a sermon for the days we are living in. I heard the sermon for the first time three days ago and have played it several times since. On the news today it was reported that Britain is the worst country to bring a child up in. God bless you David Murray and keep on proclaiming it like it is.
Solid Bible teaching The teaching in these messages about the covenant is welcome because it is solidly Biblical, and today the Word of Faith movement has taken over the covenant as a way to put God in obligation to satisfy your fleshly desires. Teachers like Kenneth Copeland have taken some of the main ideas of the Biblical covenant and completely turned them around and made the covenant something that puts God at your service. This isn't the covenant of the Bible. I encourage anyone who is confused by Word of Faith covenant teachings to listen to this and learn about the true covenant of the Bible.
Learn more about God! I recommend this series to Christians, to learn more about God. If you learn what God has revealed about himself in the Bible, all the other doctrines and beliefs will line up. And I especially recommend it to people who aren't Christian
I encourage everyone to listen to this whole series. Before you listen to the first message, if you have a copy of Berkhof's Systematic Theology, read part one, chapter five (V), section C on page 55-56, particularly paragraph 4 to the end where it talks about the communicable and incommunicable attributes, which are mentioned in this sermon. The next two chapters (VI and VII) talk about the incommunicable and communicable attributes and are a good reference. Sometimes it helps to get these theological ideas explained from a different angle.
Great Sermon! Pastor Murray is uniquely gifted by the Holy Spirit as this sermon and others clearly indicate. I am so very thankful for his ministry. What an
encouragement and challenge to me. May the Lord enable me by His grace to return and remain in my first love for Jesus Christ.
A strong storm and a compelling sermon The storm going on during this sermon must have been strong for it to be so audible - I wonder if there is still a roof on the building! This sermon is a compelling look at eternity from both the negative and positive sides. Many negative aspects of eternity without Christ are mentioned, and then the positives of coming to Christ are emphasized. This is the sort of preaching that isn't heard much anymore that the world needs.
Useful information on how to know Him This sermon is for any year, any time of the year and has some in-depth, useful, practical suggestions on how to know the Lord! I'd put this one in the "can't miss" category.
Powerful! I knew our Great nation of Britain was in a bad state morally but having listened to this sermon brought it home to me just HOW far we have slipped away from the greatness of old.
Great Sermon! Awesome! A biblical and professional presentation on a subject that still has much stigma in the church. I tuned into this out of curiosity -- plus knowing a couple of people who are Christians who say they've suffered from depression. I was pleased that this first video answered the question, WHY STUDY DEPRESSION? I can't wait to watch and hear the remaining videos on this topic. Amazing what one can find on SermonAudio!!! Praise God and bless Rev. Murray for sharing this beyond Scotland!!!
Great Sermon! Wonderful sermon, A sermon preached right out of the bible and what I believe is preached very close to the heart of our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ.
Great Sermon! Allowed to show the true nature of Islam? People who are ignorant are so because true Christian servants are silenced by the Governement and its media. The gospel needs to be heralded where people can hear...a return to street preaching in every city in the UK, for how will they hear without a preacher?
Earlier this week I too had been reading articles on tolerance so bless God for Rev Murray's faithful witness. Listen carefully to his sermon and why he preached such. Be ready for those who call you intolerant! Many are simply ignorant of the true nature of Christianity-challenge them to read the gospels and study the person of Christ and then come back with an opinion!

Great Sermon! It's easier to hurl an insult—"you intolerant bigot"—than to confront an idea and either refute it or be changed by it."
I was blessed by this sermon as earlier in the week I received an email calling me a bigot for simply forwarding a Petition Against New Sexual Orientation Regulations. The old always unsupported attack that Christians advocate hate and prejudice in the name of religion. Later I received a copy of a Protestant newsletter which made perfect sense basically saying that in our secular age, there are few clergy preaching gospel truth! Our apostate state church is made up of many clergy who do not even believe their own articles of religion (39 Articles of C of E). These wolves often appear as spokesmen for the church on the BBC and send you to sleep! They do not believe even that Christ rose physically from the dead and the precise details of the resurrection! They give confused unbiblical and unchristian message for they themselves do not believe the truth. The people of our nation have not rejected Christianity-they simply have not heard enough to accept it or reject it. Pews are empty because Christ is not preached.
What if such as Rev Murray were given a similar platform on the BBC? Allowed to speak so wisely as he has done here in this sermon? cont
Great Sermon! I am a Canadian[not proud] and this sermon, the legacy of Tony Blair, is also the legacy of Jean Cretien in this country. I give thanks to God that he empowers men to speak the truth boldly as does Reverend David Murray. The rise and fall of the Western world is sin, its greatest reproach.
Great Sermon! What a thought provoking sermon. I humbly pray for my nation and today's churches for mercy. We surely only deserve judgement. Bless you brother David. How we all have despised righteousness, even christians
