Outstanding Sermon! Our nation is following the same path as Israel did over 2,000 yrs ago, and why should we not fear the same result in our time? This message is more powerful to hear for our younger generation to help them redirect our nation before God's judgment comes, which will be a severe judgment. The Book of Hosea should be preached often in our churches, but I don't expect it will. May God cause Revival before it's too late.
WONDERFUL MESSAGE Oops. I posted a review of a similar message under the wrong message but the scripture reference was the same and by the same speaker, Dr. Minnick. I also accidentally typed the wrong scripture reference and said 2 Pet. 5:7 when it should have been 1 Pet. 5:7. That said, this message is one of the BEST I have ever heard on this scripture (and Phil 4:6-7). It has genuinely revolutionized (no joke) my prayer life as I have gone through various challenging difficulties, one right after another--like of like Job. I began to question and wonder until I heard this. The ending was worth it all. Make sure you have kleenex available.
I am so thankful that the Lord led me to this specific message. I have since shared it with others who have also been blessed. Thank you so much, Dr. Minnick for this life-changing message. Thank you! May the Lord bless you!
Wonderful Message This has begun to revolutionize my prayer life and views as I've gone through enormous multiple trials. Dr. Minnick helped me to understand with greater clarity the meaning of 2 Pet. 5:7 and Phil 4:6-7. Since listening to this on multiple occasions, my prayer life has begun to change. The anxiety I have had throughout this time has begun to subside as I consciously take my 'cares' to the Lord and trust Him with the outcome. Lastly, I especially appreciated the meaning of supplication (beggar) which completely brought this verse full circle for me. I have been reading the scripture references and implementing them with a renewed passion. Thank you, Thank you and God bless you, Dr. Minnick. I am deeply thankful and have hope once again.
Great Sermon! Very helpful. I graduated as a generalist ( Dr) and could have earned a huge salary. In those days I would have gone off sick rather than public speak. Well The Lord had other plans - i had a leading to do a short term ( locum) job as a child psychiatrist - and hated it ( his plan not mine - should never have been given the post as I had no qualifications back then). I have now completed professional qualifications and am working as a child psych - and The Lord ( not me) has led me into child protection and supernaturally gifted me with the ability to public speak and so am often talking and teaching my subject ( which I now supernaturally totally love and you are correct it defines me). And on a very frequent basis I commit career suicide as we don't have the resources and with my ( big mouth) gift - I can lobby for child care services in my area. So praise god with me that my part of the world was granted an extra £8 million in funding ( just found out this morning). Great sermon but would add that God can lead and sometimes leads in directions that we would hate but grow to love ....
Great Sermon! Love the 7 feasts! Crazy how he talks about Sept 11th is the date that was predicted for the rapture to happen in 1988. His friend circled it on his calendar. And 20 days later after he preaches this sermon, 9/11 attacks happened.
Inspiring Sermon! Yes, we all have many memories of people who we have hurt, and also those people who have hurt us, but either way, that kind of thinking is harmful in our growth as Christians. I find that whenever I have those negative thoughts I have to go back to reading and studying the Holy Scriptures even more deeply and listen to some of the great preachers/teachers on SermonAudio.com. They are a blessing in many ways, just do something instead of concentrating on the hurts.
Great Sermon! Aaron is a wonderful Evangelist!!! Keep them coming I love listening to them- hope you can come visit my church at Bethel Baptist in Hampton va
