In this sermon, we discuss the Christian view on money. We are warned that the love of money is the root to all sorts of evil and will shipwreck individuals. Scripture clearly shows that the ultimate gain for any Christians is having Christ Jesus above all earthly treasure. Godliness with contentment is great gain.
Beloved, let us understand that Christ is enough and the eternal is far better than the temporal fleeting pleasures of this world. We are reminded that we own nothing (all belongs to God), we give nothing (we return to God what is His), and we invest in the kingdom of God rather than in self.
