We looked briefly last time at the transition from ch. 10 to ch. 11, and saw that the writer brings forward faith as the solution to apostasy. Don't fall away from Christ; instead, believe in Him! Today we will look at Abel and Enoch, and we will see that God Himself endorses the kind of faith they showed — the faith that makes the unseen real, gives theological understanding, speaks even after death, pleases God, and brings us to heaven to be with Him.
