God has spoken clearly that without exception or viable excuse, no one is righteous before Him. And no one has any means of making themselves righteous or helping themselves out of the deadly and desperate situation and condition they are in. Yet God has offered His help, but the rejection of His help has been and continues to be the response of many. The few who will humble themselves will not only see their sin for what it is, but also seek forgiveness and receive it when faith replaces the rejection. God's provision of help offered to the helpless and hopeless is the only help needed and certain of it resulting in salvation.
