As the apostle Paul draws out a lengthy conclusion to his lengthy letter to the Romans he emphasizes the matter of prayer. He asked the Roman believers to pray for him and his ministry. In doing so we learn that even he never assumed he did not need the intercession of other believers nor the benefits from prayer for his ministry to be most effective.
