We have here, 3 things which Boaz did which typify the great redemption, which is found by every believer in Christ, which delivers their life from all distress. 1st of all – Boaz personally undertook the responsibility to transact the redemption of Naomi's inheritance. And Christ Himself personally undertook the responsibility to transact our eternal inheritance. 2nd – Boaz married Ruth and delivered her from being married to "the close relative". Even so, we as believers are delivered from the law. And then 3rd – Boaz the kinsman-redeemer had a child with Ruth who would stand in the line of the Christ, who would be born the Redeemer of all of God's people. Let's think together, believingly, of how these things apply to us.
