How does the Bible describe this war?
"For he does not know what will happen; so who can tell him when it will occur? No one has power over the spirit to retain the spirit, and no one has power in the day of death. There is no release from that war, and wickedness will not deliver those who are given to it." Ecclesiastes 8:7-8
Will we all give an account to Him? Oh, yes, we will. Will we have to give an answer for what we do and don't do? Yes! Will every injustice have to give an account unto God? Yes! So, we should seek Him on everything and serve Him through everything.
The standard by which all men will be judged has to be the same standard by which all men shall live. You cannot have a standard of judgment and a different standard to live by. Therefore, the qualities by which we will be judged are the same qualities that we are to live by. Acts 17 reveals this standard and it is found only in one — the Lord Jesus Christ.
