The accountability of the Jews having the special revelation from God, including the Law will be greater than those with only the general revelation from God and the conscience. Nonetheless, all are found guilty before God and He shows no partiality. He has revealed that the final judgment will be on the basis of works as those deeds reveal the spiritual condition of the heart, the inner being of every person. No one is holy and able to keep the Law perfectly or do enough good works to be justified before God. The nature of the Law reveals the holy character of God and the sinful character of man making God's judgment righteous and necessary. The Law reveals the sinfulness of man and the need for the payment for sin to be paid to God who is the One offended by sin.
