This week we move from our study on what it means to be "Reformed" to our examination of what it means to be "Baptist." As we begin, we'll start by simply laying the groundwork, or should we say the "Baptist Foundations," as this week's sermon is so aptly titled. How do the events of the Reformation correspond and influence the Baptist denomination? Can someone truly know Christ, apart from the local church? Does a "Christian" who rejects the church deny God His due glory? Does such an individual appeal to his own wisdom instead of God's wisdom and commands? Join us this week as we seek to answer these questions and many more.
