In our sermon this week we continue our study of what it means to be "Baptist." Last week we saw how once the Bible is opened, once we see the glory of Christ, we cannot help but see how precious and important the church is. This week, in part, we will examine what or who, actually constitutes the "church." Is the church a place? A physical building, like the temples we see portrayed in the Old Testament? Is it an assembly of both believers and unbelievers that come together on a given Sunday? Or is the church, from the clear teaching of the Scripture, one of believers, men and women chosen by the Father, redeemed by the Son, and indwelt with the Spirit exclusively? Join us this week for "Baptist Foundations (Part II)" as we look to answer these questions and more.
