As servants God requires His servants to be faithful to Him and to His word. In being loyal to HIs word His servants will be ready and willing to proclaim it, to defend it, and guard it against attempts to compromise in anyway. To do so is to adulterate it which dilutes its power, misrepresents and dishonors the God whose word it is.
