With the destruction of Babylon, and as the world is in mourning over its downfall, all heaven rejoices. There sounds in heaven a fourfold hallelujah, praising the Lord that Babylon is destroyed, God is victorious, and Satan is defeated. The great multitude in heaven realize that it is finally time for the reign of Christ, the bride of Christ is ready, and all prophecies of the coming kingdom will be fulfilled.
God's majesty and glory are praised in worship of His power and might that has provided salvation to those who belong to Him. He is praised for His righteousness in judgment as He avenges the deaths of those who died as martyrs for their testimony of Jesus Christ. All in heaven are in agreement that God is to be praised and worshiped, and this honor and admiration is to continue.
Today believers live in light of the knowledge of this revelation of how the end will unfold for the earth and the earth dwellers. We must be faithful in living holy and godly lives, giving out the message of the Gospel, as we anticipate the coming kingdom.
