Is there such a thing as a selfish Christian? I would say that there is. There are other bedrooms in this house of discipleship that you are to consider. And there are also other people who currently do not live in this house of Christian discipleship whom the Lord would have come to live there. And so, it is very important to our Lord that you learn to love your neighbor as yourself. So the way that I would like to approach this subject this morning is to think 1st about the Lord Jesus' laying down to rest and laying down His life so that we could learn to love our neighbor. And then 2ndly, I would like to have us think about the Lord Jesus' giving to us the Golden Rule of discipleship to live our life by.
