God has spoken. God has spoken clearly with the intention that He be understood. His word being living and active, always accomplishes what He intends and He always has intentions. His word reveals who He is and exposes each individual person for who they are. One of two responses always happens when God's word is read or heard. Either it is believed and obeyed or disbelieved and disobeyed. How individuals respond to the word of God then becomes the basis upon which they stand in judgment before God who is holy and unchanging.
