Paul is not attempting to prove the resurrection to unbelievers, but is giving evidence of the resurrection to believers. Moving from the plant world, to the animal, to man, to the heavenly realm, he uses illustrations of life. In the course of nature, as God directs, there is both diversity and similarity.
Each of the seeds has a body of its own that is related to its kind, and yet that 'body' the seed produces has great diversity from it as well. Such comparison will then be made between the human body that dies and the glorified body that is resurrected.
