The coming together of the church (Acts 2:42) to worship the Triune God, in Spirit and in truth (John 4:23), to hear the apostolic teaching concerning Jesus' death and resurrection, and to participate in the fellowship as members one of another, to break bread and to pray together, bears witness to the new humanity regenerated in Christ (Ephesians 3:15). True worship reshapes the devotional life, the worship and service of God's people, to give priority to loving the Lord our God, with all of our heart, mind, soul and strength.
We might say this is where the rubber hits the road. This is an ambitious topic. I don't have a master plan to change the culture of Australia. I am still struggling to change the culture in my church, let alone Australia. I can only set out a few guidelines to help us get a handle on it. I will narrow the topic down to God's covenant with humanity.
As long as we subordinate the gospel to our culture, we are not going anywhere to change anything. Jesus said we are not of the world, just as He is not of the world (John 17:16). In other words, we are not to adopt the methods of the world, no matter how attractive they may be.
